I asked for a venti iced coffee and was charged for the venti but was given a grande and no receipt.
When asked if that’s what i said, she replied yes and shut the window.
I had returned and asked for the price of both items i ordered this morning, it was the total i paid but received the wrong item.
They did not try to correct or fix their mistake, which i don’t deem as helpful or even right.
I do not recommend this location, i’ve had no issues anywhere else except this location.

Clean. Cozy. With outlets and good wifi. They had like 7 employees and they were all flying around to keep up and didn’t make customers wait. They were really doing hard work and still being kind to customers. Highly recommend doing your order on the app.

I have to say the young man who was waiting on me here was the most polite, calm employee I’ve ever seen. The store was hugely busy yet he took time to personally greet me and say hello as he was taking my order he let me know that he would get to it as soon as he could, since there were only two of them in the store. Then he went to attend to the rush. I sat and talked to a friend and then he called me by my name and told me he was starting on my drinks. He told me when the first one was finished and then he told me thank you so much for your patience when I left, what a delightful man I believe his name started with a V. Great experience.

very appreciative to the whole team and specifically ash the store manager well in happy Thanksgiving day to you all readers I got up me and my self and I and my wife Sue drove to the coffee ☕️ our morning routine we got our delicious coffee ☕️ then while where driving back home my slept ☕️ spills so we trun around back again to get my coffee grande latte with cinnamon I ordered again they asked me what happened I told them the story and got recovered thank you

The staff was great. It was my daughter’s first time at a Starbucks (she is 9 years old ), so she was excited. The gal didn’t rush her and gave her some ideas. She chose a cake pop and lemonade. She is asking when she can go back.
