We used to frequent this Rudys once a week. We stopped due to cold and microwaved food 3 visits in a row. Went tonight for the first time in over a month hoping perhaps things have been fixed. I ordered my normal enchiladas and they are rock hard on all ends of each enchilada in the order and the cheese is rubbery. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this one.

I was hoping for a decent dinner since the last 3 were very disappointing. I ordered a totally different item with fingers crossed. I got the food home and there had to be a pound of cheese that lifted off like a complete mold with 1/4 inch of grease on the bottom! I’m done with this place. I’ve had food remade in the past that was still wrong. I have been a customer to Rudy’s for 30 years but I am not going back anymore.

They charge an up charge of $5 to add a sliver of chicken to a Kids Quesadilla. When I asked about it all I got told was “I don’t make the rules, we just charge.” If I’m paying $12 for a kids meal for my kid, why wouldn’t I just get an adult size?? Place is a rip off, save your money. Not worth the microwaved food.

Well, a to-go value meal includes a drink but they never ask if you’d like one when ordering. They don’t include plastic ware even if your order requires a utensil to eat, unless you ask. They also do not include napkins in your to go bag. However they do apply a surcharge for credit cards. They find every single way to pinch a penny out of a customer. They have really downgraded l.

Food was great as always, along with the server. And another server offered some of her own money to some young kids at the table next to us which I thought was great. But I’ve tried the margaritas at this location several times and they suck every time, I don’t think I’ve ever been able to finish one ♀️

The deep fried chick ench value meal. With drink and sour cream. For 11$ good meal. Great price, with good service. One of my “usual” Qc staples. Ps im picky about my food. It’s always always soo good.. everytime.. they can get very busy. Clean bathrooms… def ask for Collette she is friendly, & a “hard working” waitress.

when you hear a waitress complaining on a tues that they won’t be getting enough $$ during the day, having to explain that they dont do taco Tuesdays, when 3 tacos are now $12? $4 a taco? maybe dont skyrocket your prices, for mediocre tacos.. and to top it off.. when your bill comes to $17.33 and give them your card to run, the bill that comes back is $18.77.. everyone that goes to this place needs to see the bill, then what they charge you.. it isn’t the same.. I gave $2 for the shady shit they tried to pull..
