I visit Chili’s in Seaside, CA twice a week. I have dined there so often that I am on a first name basis with the staff and management, and it feels like family. I am always greeted with a smile by the manager, Ignacio. He is a talented leader and he is respected by his employees, as well as liked by his customers. Ignacio has always taken great care of me. My favorite bartender is Erick. I don’t even need to ask him for what I want, because he memorizes everything I like. I feel like royalty at this Chili’s in Seaside. They have an amazing lunch special called “three for me” and it is more food for less money than any fast food restaurant chain. The store is always super clean! The staff is always super friendly! And the food is always delicious! I highly recommend that you visit Chili’s in Seaside, and ask for Ignacio.

Customer service was pretty standard for most diner style restaurants. The Reese’s peanut butter pie peanut butter, genuinely impressive. Generally, the food is as you would expect of a place all American food oriented. Variety of deep fried comfort they know how to deliver although you won’t get exceptional customer service but it’s not bad either. I also had their molten lava cake, which isn’t the very finest but as far as a chocolate cake goes if you don’t mind being on the sweeter end, you’ll probably not be disappointed.

We arrived and I asked for staff (with a manager present) to sing happy birthday to my son. No one came. So asked our waiter. He offered to bring ice cream out instead. No one came to sing and no ice cream.
The food wasn’t that great. The blackberry lemonade was good but you gotta mix it well, otherwise all the sweetness is at the bottom.
The guac honestly was the best thing. More flavor than the shrimp pasta I got.

I’m not sure what has happened to this establishment, but the food is Terrible. My wife and I couldn’t make out anything that was on our plate. We use to have favorite dishes, when we use to eat here, but the food was sooo far away from what we use to like, we couldn’t make heads or tails of this mess! The Chicken Crispers have changed and I couldn’t tell if it was real Chicken or what. The baby back ribs, were not even edible. Not to mention the mozzarella cheese stick, or the egg rolls, were just not worth the box they came in. My waiter was awesome and he did his job wonderfully. But the FOOD IS PURE GARBAGE! I feel like I was robbed, after I paid for this trash! I WILL NEVER EAT CHILI’S AGAIN!

The place had great friendly staff. Everyone was extremely attentive. Even on a busy night the staff kept their composure and made sure everyone had a great experience! The food was excellent! My server Eli was amazing she was very nice and patient and made sure I was well taken care of. Will definitely come back.

This was veteran’s day where my buddies and I went to get a meal. Everything was good they sat us down and put chips and salsa on our table without asking if we wanted it. Us assuming that it was free ate over half as any normal person would do. We had our meals no complaints about food or service, all was good. Then comes time for the bill and we see an 8 dollar charge for chips and salsa. On top of that the server bickered with us about it as well. It would have been a different story if we did order the chips or were told we would be charged.

The food was good and the restaurant is just a typical chili’s. But the service was outstanding. Our bartender Riley was very attentive.

Our server Felix was so attentive, sweet & helpful! He had even noticed that it was my friends birthday and offered us a sweet treat ! He always came around to check on us and ask if we needed anything. The Manager however when trying to speak with him did not seem to care or give me the time of day, I appreciate our server but management could be better that night we went, March 14th 2025.

I can’t say enough about our dining experience 8/6/21. Service was superb, and the food was surprisingly fantastic! We had the 2 for $25 special, and took the upgrade for the bigger steak, and it added two more sides. Kids loved the mashed potatoes and pizza, but the hit was the dessert (See photo). It made our vacation stop extra fun!

Good service and good food. These pics are of the take out. Convenient and good portion sizes for the carryout. We had great customer service helping us with the order. Fast preparation with very little wait; accurate time estimates on line. Just check the sauces and dressings if you ordered some- they might be missing.
