Bad business! This place should not be in business! The absolute WORST Wendy’s I’ve even gotten from Door Dash! The food was cold like it has been in the refrigerator! Watered down mushy frosty! The fries were so stale that they looked a week old! Total GARBAGE! They did not even put SAFETY SEALS on my Large Diet Coke! I was missing my chili so obviously they cannot even read! What’s wrong with you people?! Tried to call and they would not even answer the phone! Lazy people!!!!

Every time I or my child visits this Wendy store, the manager is rude. I had a Keychain for a frosty but she won’t honor my frosty unless I buy meal. I came in to wash my hands before ordering, but she keeps the bathroom locked and refuses to let me wash my hands until I bought my meal first. I had to handle my money and food with dirty hands. Then she unlocked the door. My son said he was with friends and she refused to serve them because of other kids that came. She’s refusing to serve customers. She’s a short lady with glasses. Very RUDE AND SAID SHE IS THE MANAGER NOW WHAT

Came thru drive thru 2/7/26 and the food was cold and we didn’t even get 1/4 of our food. And took 25 min just to get our order because they don’t have anyone working who gives a damn.

O, HOW THE MIGHTY HAVE FALLEN! ALL the good things I said below, are long gone. Somewhere along the way, they started hiring people who are either not consistent or don’t care as much as before, as the quality of the food, atmosphere, service has drastically plummeted. I’ve gotten Biggie Bigs recently and they leave food out, a whole burger one time. They’ve haven’t had bacon in months apparently or the manager is just lazy and did not do the proper ordering. They choose when they will be open late night and restrict the drive thru to just orders online to reduce volume of customers. Just terrible. It don’t have to be this ratchet. Like come on y’all. Keep in mind what I said below and the fact that I took the pictures you see when you look up this particular Wendy’s. With that said, I’m not hating, I’m thoroughly concerned.
Cashier was nice.. She always is.. And gives solid service. Food was hot & actually really good. Was ONE of the freshest meal I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Destroyed the burger and fries at my desk. Lol. Not too long of a wait. Good experience overall.

so not only was the staff quite literally screaming at us to get out because we’ve been in there for like five minutes. They kept saying that we can lock her in there if we haven’t placed an order so we placed the order online, but they wouldn’t even let us talk. They kept saying you need to get out you need to get out and I’m a teenager and they said if you’re in school, you can’t be here until 3/31 of all that’s bullshit. I get out of school at 2:50 so I don’t know what the hell they were on about and the lady was being very rude to us and just is very rude to her like her worker since I overheard yelling about ice cream she started screaming and she just weirdly stares. She’s an old lady. She’s kind of tall and she’s very wrinkly. She was screaming at us and pretty much just saying that we need to get out immediately even though we already payed Please do not come here. This place genuinely just sucks and should be shut down and all of the workers need to be fired immediately.

I’ve purchased food from Wendy’s before, but this is my first time getting the Baconator meal. I had heard about it from other people I know who spoke on the burger, and I decided to finally try it for myself.I got the meal and it was good and fulfilling. The cashier was friendly, the service was good and quick and food was fresh and good.The place was clean and presentable as well.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Wendy’s. I placed my order in the drive-thru and was told to wait off to the side because they were making the food. After waiting over 30 minutes, I pulled back into the drive-thru to check on my order. Suddenly, an employee claimed they had run out of spicy nuggets. When I asked for a refund, they walked away instead of helping me. Another employee then magically appeared with my spicy nuggets, proving they had them all along! They wanted me to leave without my food or my money. On top of that, my entire order was wrong, and none of the sandwiches had condiments. Literally nothing on the sandwiches, it also looked like the burgers were dry, I didn’t eat the food, I ended up tossing everything out. I didn’t trust the staff, so I assumed the food was tampered with, I won’t be coming back!
