I feel like this McDonald’s location could definitely use some improvement in several areas. The food could look and taste a lot better. There could be less wait time when ordering inside the store. There could be napkins in the bag for a takeout order and they could be more attentive to the front counter. However, all of the employees seem cheerful and motivated. Each of these kids working here have lots of potential and could benefit from continued and completed training and encouragement. Thank you for working hard everyday and serving the Buffalo Missouri residents!

The hot and spicy are always so dry and hard like they leave them sitting in the warmer all day until it’s basically a hard chunk of dehydrated chicken. Sucks so bad because those are usually my favorite thing to order!

11/8/2025 @ 10:32. Ordered $30+ in food and literally half of it was wrong. Forgot 10 nuggets, put cheese on filet-o fish..receipt says NO CHEESE!! Lol! HALF THE ORDER WRONG!!! It’s unreal to have ZERO standards @ this location. Take one look at them folks and I see why! It was our first time coming through there and I promise I’ll never make that mistake again. McDonald’s as a whole or really any fast food restaurants are flat out unreliable.

Absolute chaos in this location from getting our order incorrect to begin with then not giving all of our food. Had to go back in to tell them they didn’t give us everything then they asked for our receipt after just serving us. Tried giving us someone else’s order… Then they finally gave us the rest of our order to have fried the chicken so much I couldn’t even bite through it. Not to mention that the fryer grease had to have been old because the chicken was dark and hard leaving a terrible taste in our mouth. Do better Buffalo McDonalds! Today was terrible and there were two people ahead of me telling them they didn’t get all of their orders as well. Total waste of money. Avoid this place if you can.

I just went in McDonald’s and got some food to go and I went to the restroom while I was waiting and the Mc D employee walked in and went into the stall and shut the door… I started washing my hands and as I was using the air dryer the employee came out of the stall and followed me out of the restroom with washing his hands…I mean these people make our food, I’m don’t want some kid playing with himself and then making me a biscuit with his dirty hands…I walked back to the counter to say something to another employee about it..As I was standing at the counter an employee says counter to another employee and he turned around and looked at me and said I already got him, and then he carried on about his business…I’m not sure why he thought I would get my cup go to the fountain make my own drink and then walk back to the counter and just stand there a minute later… I would have said did you need something else sir since you’re standing at the counter for several minutes, but he said nothing so I just left and decided I would just leave a review instead… I tried to take care of it internally without everybody else seeing this but lack of communication decided otherwise for me…it’s not the end of the world, but if you handle food, please Wash your hands after going into a nasty restroom…

Ordered 3 meals. 1 was not ready so I pulled forward to wait on it. After a 10 minute wait, they brought bags out. We were in a huge rush so we left. I then realized they never gave us the burger we were waiting on. They also got the other order wrong. They won’t refund me without going back to the store.

Wasnt even busy to begin, made the order and took foreverm realized that forgot a whole meal so they made me pull around and sit in the drive thru again. Still got wrong shake, meals were just thrown together. My chicken had the sauce and vegetable in the package but not on chicken and paid for cheese but guess what no cheese in sight. Dr. Pepper tastes like seltzer water. Hiring people that actually care about the job. We pay a lot of money to eat out and this is what we get. Next time ill go to sonic.

Ordered a double cheeseburger, no pickles. Didn’t check it before driving off. They pulled the pickle off an old burger. This is why I don’t go there anymore! Only went because others wanted it. McDonald’s is the WORSE fast food rest now without question! So sad how far they’ve gone down.

Drive through was over 45 mins long and not a single car moved except to leave. Box was hardly answered and lots of people were frustrated
