I visited Arby’s this afternoon to pick up food for my daughter. The chicken sandwiches were noticeably flattened, which did not appear to be very appetizing. It doesn’t take much effort to serve a better quality sandwich. Also the service took much longer than expected. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.

I downloaded the app and went there purposely, because of that. The offer was, you would get twenty five percent off your order. When I went in the lady said, you have to order online. Their online system was turned off. So I could not order online. The manager would not do anything about it. They turned the online system back on.After we got our food. Apparently, the assistant manager didn’t want too many orders coming in. This is not customer service. What a scam. I guess i’m done with Arby’s.

The lady at the drive-thru she was so nice she gave my dogs and whipped cream she has a unique name so I can’t remember it but she was very nice the issue I had is with the food it had already know fries and I had a coupon for a meal and when I paid it was $4 more than it was supposed to be!!

People joking around, rough housing, no one to take orders. Took 30 mins to get acknowledged and told someone would be with me 5 times. Moving friends and people who took them to work to the front of the line when crowded. I used to eat here daily but the past 2 months have killed my interest in returning.
