I haven’t been to Carl’s Jr. in so long and the first time I came through I was having trouble with my app, but the lady at the window made everything work and made sure I was well taken care of and gave me really fresh amazing food. I can’t believe I haven’t been here in this long.!!! Shout out to the lady in drive-through who gave me my spicy chicken! Love you lonnngggggg time

Great burgers, excellent French fries too. Service is always fast even at the lunch hour. Parking can be difficult if the mall is busy but there is still plenty of parking around. Also their chicken strips are pretty good. Prices went up but that’s because of Governor Neusome’s minimum wages.

The girl that took our order was very good at her job. The drive through line went quickly. The food was prepared well, I can’t say much about the taste because if you’ve had a burger from Carl’s Jr then you know all locations taste the same. The fried zucchini was great. The vegetables on the burger tasted fresh.

Manager Roxanna was very rude after I tried to purchase 2 cookies and use a code to get my new free item. It worked on the app but since I am still waiting for my new bank card it wouldn’t work online, so I thought I could redeem it in store. They said that the cookies didn’t qualify so what it said on the app wasn’t the same as they were saying in store. When I asked for their corporate number they said they didn’t have corporate. All I wanted to ask was why it doesn’t say that you can’t buy cookies in order for the coupon to work. What it says on the app and what they say in store are different. Very bad service, and now I also have no coupon. Just an awful experience with awful staff.

Just as good, if not better than In and Out. Less of a wait. Delicious famous star. Thirst quenching coke. Yeah, treat yourself sometimes. Plenty of parking. Mall to go shopping at after you eat.

Sat down to eat….gross soggy bun, no way is this fresh in anyway. Gave it back and they just put the cold burger on a new bun. I hope I don’t get sick.

This is not a great location. I’ve been a couple times and the burgers were pretty dry and barely warm. Needed more sauce and to be made fresh. If you really need a hot carl I recommend the one on Esplenade and W. East Ave.

We were on a road trip so this location is not our local. That said. The food was excellent as ever from all locations we use. We showed up close to closing time. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Never rolled their eyes or ever made us feel anything but welcome! That can happen at closing times. Great place!
