We decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings in Camillus for Valentines day, when we got there we had to wait over 15 min for someone to even notice that we were waiting to be seated and when the young guy came over he advised us we could not be seated in one section as that waitress was getting ready to go on break and he could not seat us on the other side as he just sat some people on that side so we would have to wait for a table, (they were not overly busy) so not wanting to wait I asked if we could sit at a table in the bar area, which he said yes. It took about 10 min for someone to come to our table. Finally our server Sharma came to our table to take our order, we could barely hear her she spoke so quietly. So our order was taken and we ordered the appetizer platter and then burgers. After waiting about 20 min for our food our burgers come out (first which were cold, my husbands burger was so cold that he could not lift the bun to put condiments on the burger) and she just put them on the table and left without asking if we needed anything else, I needed mustard for my fries, and WE NEEDED OUR APPETIZER which we never got, who gets food before an appetizer. My husband tried to flag down Sharma but every time he did she seemed to look away finally after about 10 min he finally got her attention she came over and we asked where our appetizer was and her response was this was what was done first, so a good waitress would of found out where our appetizer was and let us know it was on its way when she brought out our food. Once we asked where our appetizer was we were met with nothing but hostility at that point, her attitude changed and she was very rude from that point on, then we asked for boxes as we no longer wished to eat our food as it was cold and when our appetizers came out they were also cold. She came back with three boxes then left again for a long time when she came back with the check (never asked if we wanted dessert) we asked for more boxes as the three she gave us was not enough for all the food we ordered. Then when she came to take the check I asked for tops for the sauces that came with the appetizers she should have known to bring lids for the sauces, when she took the check and credit card from my husband she snatched it out of his hand given us more attitude. Never have I gone to a place and have received such poor service and such negativity from the first moment we stepped into the place. It is unfortunate that we received such poor service as Buffalo Wild Wings was one of my favorite places to eat and I will never be going back there gain

Last night, we had a girls’ night out which ended with us going over to Buffalo Wild Wings around 9pm after our movie finished. We were a group of 4, all very polite and respectful up until we walked out. We were seated and our order was taken quickly. Everything was fine until about a half hour in when we realized our waitress had never even checked on our table to offer refills or tell us our food was almost ready. We waited around 45 minutes before we finally stopped her, and in response to our polite question of if she could check when our food would be ready, we were met with a rushed attitude and she barely gave us any attention, as if we were an inconvenience. I watched as she walked around the restaurant another 5 minutes before finally walking to the kitchen to check on our food. She spent another 5 minutes in the kitchen before returning to the table and saying we were the next ticket up. No reasoning, no question of if our drinks needed to be refilled, just said and then quickly walked away before more questions could be asked. We ended up stopping another waitress 10 minutes afterwards when we still had no food and no one had checked on us, and asked if we could talk to the manager. To this, we got the response “our manager is cooking tonight but I’ll see if I can get her out here.” First of all, I hope the manager was properly trained how to cook food like the actual restaurant cooks. Secondly, another 10 minutes went by and the manager still had not come out and we had to track another waitress down to see if the manager was coming. We ended up just leaving without speaking to a manager, empty stomachs, and visibly annoyed about the whole situation. The place did not care at all about customer service and we will not be back!

So I was here 2 weeks ago, had an amazing waitress she conversed with us, was very attentive to our table, two weeks later my girls wanted to take me back to bdubs for my birthday, the girls asked the hostess if they could sing happy birthday and immediately told them no, minutes after being seated there was another bday in there that was being celebrated by Buffalo Wild Wings, our waitress was no where to be found took her over 15 mins to retrieve our beverages, was waiting for over an hour and 15 minute to get wings, had to track down our waitress for more drinks that was a nightmare. Clearly this bdubs doesn’t care about customer service, will not be getting my business anymore, Webster is much closer to me anyways. No need to drive the 45 minutes when one is only 20 minutes away from me, corporate won’t contact me, as for this establishment doesn’t read negative comments!

When I told my server that it was my first time eating at the restaurant and that I was not familiar with their dozen or so sauces, she suggested that I sample a couple to see what I might like. I picked the medium and hot buffalo wing sauces. She brought a small tray with labeled dollops of the two sauces and french fries to dip in them. I thought that was a wonderful thing for them to do. However, I found the sauces basically different levels of heat without much complexity or flavor. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with french fries. The fries were crisp, delicious, and as seen in the second photo, plentiful. The sandwich came with mayo and pickles, but the coating on the chicken seemed to me to lack any seasoning. Perhaps this is because the hot wing sauce had already numbed my taste buds, but in any event, the sandwich came across as bland. The service was terrific and the ambiance appropriate for a sports bar motif. When I return, if I find a sauce I really like, I will be pleased to give the food a higher rating. Sauces that I would like to try include Salt and Vinegar, Lemon Pepper, Honey Barbecue, Asian Zing and Caribbean Jerk.

Horrible customer service from hosted, server, and 2 managers! Appetizers dips came out frozen. Ask server after waiting 10 minutes for her to come back for a new hot dip… got that 15 minutes later colder than the first one. First manager came out said she would take off the appetizer since I didn’t get to enjoy any of it and then the second manager said that’s not what she said so he argued with me about me being a liar and was being completely rude. Meanwhile, there’s other tables walking out of the restaurant for the same reasons ice cold dipsso we weren’t the only one and then had to wait 10 minutes for her to go container would never recommend going to this Buffalo wild wings. I will never be back.

Just consistently disappointing. Order in the app (usually 3-4 hours ahead), show up at the time selected, wait 20-40 minutes longer and then when I get home (5 minutes later) everything is cold. 4:30 PM on a Tuesday, 1 PM on a Wednesday, or 5 PM on a Friday, it really doesn’t make a difference. I tried to keep giving them chances but I should have just realized it was a fools errand. And to top it off, no one seems concerned by the fact that you just stand there and wait endlessly. It was my fiancés birthday. This was our first time dining here and was hoping to get a great experience. We were told it was a 15 minute wait. Cool no problem. We were seated very quickly. Asked if we could get a booth seat. We were told there weren’t any booth seats. Fine no problem. We ordered our drinks. I told the waitress it was my fiancés birthday. She told him happy birthday. I ordered a Long Island and my fiancé ordered a strawberry margarita. Waited about 15 minutes before the waitress came with our drinks. My drink was incorrect and she stated she had to return to get the correct drink. She came back apologizing stating she accidentally grabbed another customers drink. We ordered Chicken nachos. A hour went by before the waitress brought the nachos. After eating a few chips we noticed there was barely any condiments on the nachos and they were very stale. It was as though they put enough to cover the top but underneath was two pounds of stale chips. The waitress stated she thought the chips were not stale but still took The nachos and they were removed from our order. The food was brought out shortly after. It was very good. In the middle of our service another waitress came to our table. She did not introduce herself she just asked if we needed anything. Although she was nice we were confused as to why our waitress changed in the middle of our service. I asked her what happened to our previous waitress and we were told that she went on a break. A waitress behind us then did a happy birthday shoutout to two customers providing them with cake. I told my fiancé that I wondered if his would happen for him speaking that today was his birthday and we had already told our previous waitress about this. But as our night continued and we got our check this did not happen. I tried to tell the waitress about our experience there but she interrupted me stating she had to get the manager because she was not the manager. When the manager arrived I explained everything to her stating that I did not want my meal for free but simply wanted to explain the service we received. When asking her about the birthday shot outs she stated that they do not do birthday shout outs like that and that there was an exception made. She apologized asking if I wanted any coupons I told her no because we wouldn’t be returning. Not only did that happen but after she took my card to pay for a bill, someone at the bar did the same exact happy birthday shout out as the previous waitress and when she returned she gave me coupons stating I could use them for when we returned after I told her we wouldn’t. We left the coupons at the table, paid for our food and left feeling very disappointed. We felt very discriminated against. The worst service do not eat here especially if you’re black.

Placed an online order, showed up to pick it up, and they told me they didn’t make it. No refund that night, told to wait until the next day. Then they attempted to refund less than the amount charged and argued about it until I showed proof. Manager was rude and careless. Hard to understand how a restaurant can fail at both food and customer service in one transaction.
