This man isn’t just an employee — he’s an ice cream therapist, dessert concierge, and positive vibes wizard all rolled into one. I was indecisive (classic me), staring at the menu like it was a final exam. Luke? Calm, cool, and full of dairy-based wisdom. He guided me through my soft serve spiral like some kind of frozen treat life coach.
“Can I mix brownie bits and cookie dough?” I asked, expecting judgment.
Luke: “You can do anything here. This is Twistee Treat.”
I nearly cried. That’s customer service and a motivational speech.
My swirl cone was perfect. My soul? Healed. My week? Made.
Twistee Treat, please give Luke a raise, a crown, or at least a cape. This man is a national treasure — wrapped in a napkin and sprinkled with kindness.

This place has delicious creamy ice-cream. We ordered a Waffle Taco with Oreo Cookies and half dipped in chocolate. It was really good and is pretty big for just one person. We shared it. We also got a Cake Cone with Vanilla and Colored Sprinkles.

We were there on March 19th. The drive thru had around 30 cars but was moving quickly. We walked up and there was a big crowd but service was very quick. Everyone was great. The ice cream is awesome, none better! My friend calls this place Dipsy Doodle.

The Service was Exceptional! The line was 8 cars ahead a young lady came out and started getting orders in her tablet. The line started moving faster. As busy as they were they were very polite and friendly. We didn’t know what to order she left inside quickly and brought out a menu for us! They have an outside area perfect to enjoy the night. The small size is generous. The ice cream is delish. This is an establishment we will be back with the entire family and enjoy dessert.
