HARD CRUSTY OLD …. This is the second time I’ve use this location since moving on this side of town and both times the food was so old. I don’t know why it wasn’t thrown away instead of sold to customers.

The service at this location is absolutely horrible. Used to love this location. Come in several times a week to get a French Dip for lunch….Last 3 times the sandwich was so poorly made it couldn’t be eaten while driving or even sitting parked somewhere for that matter. When you can’t even touch the bread due to all the cheese being stuck to the outside of the sandwich and the paper its aggravating to say the least. Last 3 times I had to throw my meal away. Unfortunately I will not return to this location as a customer again. If they cant comprehend the fact the sandwich they are making is so messy it cant be eaten then I can’t spend my time for lunch hoping they get it right after 3 terrible experiences.

I ordered crinkle fries and they gave me curly fries, cold cold curly fries like right out the fridge. I asked for ketchup and mayo when the associate was handing me the bag and he still didn’t put it in there so I had to back up and knock on the windows to get it due to no one being around. Pulled off and went to eat the sandwich and it was just as cold and I also got a cup of cheddar and it was cold! It was all cold jlikenitbhad just been taken out of a fridge. Really disappointed and will not be going back to this Arby’s ever again!

Was very clean and staff was nice and fast. However, you come here for the food and that definitely missed the mark. My Buffalo chicken patty was smaller than half the bun and was so chewy and spongy it was inedible. The picture was the full size of the chicken.

I frequent this Arby’s and this was my first bad experience with their food. The Market fresh turkey bacon has always been a favorite. I wanted to try the fish. So I did the 2 for 6 because I was heading into a 12 hour shift. Ate the fish first on my way into work. It was fried hard as a brick, and I won’t do that again. After med pass. I go for the market fresh turkey bacon. Worst one I ever got. The bread was hard like it had been sitting out. You can see what the vegetables looked like. The bacon looked like 1 tiny strip they tried to split three ways. The dressing was in a spont in the middle of the bread and was congealed. See photo. I was shocked and disappointed. Hoping it was just a fluke.

Picked up two fish sandwiches. One regular and the other with cheddar cheese. The fish was plentiful and tasted good. Nice amount of tartar sauce as well. Lettuce was insignificant and would have preferred a nice green leaf. Do not recommend cheddar cheese on the fish. Really was subpar cheese. This Arby’s is kept clean and the service through the drive-thru was quick.
