Every single time without fail if I order my sandwich without mustard as I cannot have mustard, I end up not being able to eat it because this location seems to think it’s just a joke. The people at the windows and behind the counter are always friendly but in the end it doesn’t matter if they can’t read the order and make the food correctly.

It was all around terrible. The bathroom was dirty. Then there was one of the workers in the stall getting high or something ii kept hearing him lighting a torch lighter an seeing smoke an ot wasn’t tobacco or marijuana it was some sort of chemical smell. Then the manager u believe was at the counter wouldn’t take my order unless I did it at the machine an she tried to tack on 15$ for something vutbi caught it an made her take it off.

I used the mobile app for a curbside carryout order. They took 24 minutes to get me my food, the woman at the counter was rude and dismissive, and she outright lied to my face about my order. She told me they were prepping the orders in the order they had been placed, when I had seen more than a dozen vehicles enter and leave the drive-through in the time I had been waiting, all placing their orders after I had, and all getting their orders before I did. She told me they ran out of fries and were making fresh, but when I got my order the fries were cold and soggy, and the burgers had already gotten cold as well. They also didn’t have any ketchup, mustard, onions, or pickles on them.
This is by far the worst McDonald’s I have gone to in a long time, and it’s all the more disappointing for the fact that this has been my regular McDonald’s for a while, now. The service the last time I went (a few weeks ago) was worse than usual, but at least the food was fresh. This time, though? It’s like they hired a whole new crew, and no one on this crew cares even slightly about doing the job they were hired for, nor about treating the customers with respect.
I will not be returning to this McDonald’s location, and will be finding a different fast food restaurant to visit the next time I’m too tired to cook.

Went there after 12a. I was on the road for 5hrs so I decided to stop by there to cash in on my points online. I only ordered 1 thing. A medium fry which was 3000pts. The person on the speaker said, “is there anything else” I said, “yes, can I have that fry cooked fresh. I don’t mind waiting.” I seen that they were dead so I didn’t want cold fries that had been sitting. Well when I went around the bend there was 1 car waiting already. About 15min later it was my turn at the window. The girl said, “you the one with the medium fry?” I said, “Yes” she handed the fry, I gave a thank you and drove away. As soon! As I turn out onto US 1 to continue my travels, I reach in the bag and grab a handful of fries and stuff them into my mouth……what a disappointment . I waited all that time just to get cold stale fries. I just kept going and dumped the fries out the window. The buzzards or some rodent would treasure that meal. Kept my trash. I dont litter. I would like my 3000pts. Added back to my account. Because what that encounter says to me is, “yes, I will give you points for shopping with us…..BUT! You get the cold stale food for free…..not HOT AND READY food. Paying cash? Maybe. Cashing in pts? You get what is up there. Quality doesnt apply” id simply like my 3000pts added back to my account. I’d greatly appreciate that.

My husband I were just there and had an amazing experience. Service was very friendly, food was hot , restaurant was clean. Honestly the best Mc Donald’s we’ve had in a long time.

Absolutely horrible experience at this McDonald’s. The service was beyond unacceptable — the person at the counter (old lady, Manager I believe) was extremely rude, dismissive, and acted like I was bothering them just for placing an order. Instead of being polite or helpful, they gave me attitude the entire time. My food was thrown together carelessly, and when I asked a simple question, I got an eye roll in return.
I understand fast food gets busy, but there’s no excuse for treating customers this way. If someone hates their job that much, they shouldn’t be working with the public. I will not be coming back to this location, and I highly recommend others avoid it unless they enjoy being disrespected and served with zero care

I just had the rudest most inhumane experience from your manager. I bought a coffee. I sat down at one of your tables. I got up to get a refill. I used the bathroom one time. Your manager came over and said that I left and came back. She said that they’re not supposed to give refills after you come back. I told her I never left. She said you weren’t here when I got here. I was probably in the bathroom. All my stuff was still sitting at the table. She said she had it on video. I said I would really like to see the video. She said no you just need to leave. I said okay I will leave and comply. I did and videoed this incident. She called the cops as I was leaving. I’m not sure why you would call the cops when I’m complying. She also yelled at me telling me to never come back. I never raised my voice and stayed calm the whole time. Absolutely ridiculous!! You’ll be hearing from my civil attorney

I was there in the morning right before work. I proceeded to stand there like a village idiot for ten minutes, while nobody tried to make eye contact with me or give me a service whatsoever. Another customer told me on the way out that he spent twenty five minutes in total, fifteen minutes standing there in ten minutes to get the food. It should not take fifteen minutes with four orders on the board justice, you’ve talked to a customer. Worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. Manager had a nasty attitude. Like her job was so hard with four orders in the morning.Me walking up and giving her a smile, trying to place.My order was just too much for her
