Didn’t get my order right too busy being a socialite… By the way when’s the last time you actually stopped to clean the grill like you’re supposed to. Black burnt food bits all over my stuff. If this is how you treat the minor things I can only imagine food that is controlled for time and temperature safety. Please don’t eat here unless you want to get sick.

Workers were so preoccupied with themselves and their “social circle.” Felt heavily ignored, no initiative for customer service period they just don’t care. The food.. sparse in all places like a thinning baldman. Not even filling. My crunch wrap was more wrap than anything, tastes like tortilla, sprinkles of toppings and a shell. Nice interior, nice exterior, bad workers. I wish a tacobell like this had better hires.

Went there last nite to pick up a DoorDash order and the employee refused to make my order, I had nine items on the order, the employee stated he was the only one working and that if he chooses he doesn’t have to make it, there were two ther cars behind me, we waited for 12 minutes in the line , waiting for him to make our order, he refused, the person behind us pulled around to the front and he served them, and refused to serve me because I had nine items, I had to unassign from the dash which made me lose out on money, this place is has terrible customer service and someone needs to check out their employees, cause that’s not it, I’m upset and hopefully I won’t get any more dashes there, terrible service, do not recommend. I give them zero stars

At 7:30pm the dining room was closed. I got in line at the drive thru. I get to the window and they want to only round up for cash payment. They wanted $25 for my meal and then they want extra for cash! I gave my drink back and told her it was unacceptable to pay more because they don’t have proper change. She gave me the proper change and told me to have an unacceptable evening. She was supposedly the manager. It is truely unacceptable to be charged more, to be treated rudely, and to be mocked by a manager. I was not rude and never raised my voice.

Horrible service! I went in to get food for my daughter. Order at the speaker, when I got to the window to pay. My daughter told me last minute she wanted a fries. I asked the young lady if I can add to the order, she closed the window and she gave this ugly face with an attitude. I didn’t know asking a simple question would cause a problem. It doesn’t seem like she likes her job if she treating customers like this!

I paid for a Crunchwrap meal. There was very little filler. A few bites in it started tasting burnt puke. Then to top it all off the service was horrible she ended grabbing my card with Attitude for some reason and reaching our hand out aggressively to hand me my bag of food and then shut the window immediately. No have a good day nothing like that I’m sorry but this service needs to get better

It takes forever to get your order here IF they are open and IF they decide they are going to make your order. And if you do get food, they have forgotten something or made it incorrectly or it is cold. Truly the worst Taco Bell in existence.

Absolute crap. Missing 4 items and utensils from my order. Crunchwrap that i did get was missing the filling. Drink was a medium. I ordered a large. Taco bell’s solution was a $10 credit for a $25 mistake. This store needs to shutdown.

I love tbell and this is the closest location to me. The customer service and quality used to be great but it’s gotten progressively worse over the past 6-9 months. Ive been turned away multiple times because they’re switching only to mobile orders (sure). The food is often cold. Some of the evening employees are rude and petulant.
