Craved a Jumbo Jacket at 7am and a very short detour off of I-26 found me at the Hendersonville NC Jack In The Box. I gave up on trying to master an ordering kiosk and ordered from a very friendly, understanding human. My sandwich met every expectation and fuel me for my long drive to the Atlanta airport. AND, they had Cherry Coke! The restaurant was spotless as well as being welcoming. Highly recommend this location.

Absolute 1 star experience. Was ignored at the drive-through speaker even though they don’t close for another hour and a half according to the sign on the wall and the website, nobody in the building, only “employee” was sitting in their truck outside watching sports on an iPad. I already placed my order on the app and spent money, and now I have to call corporate for a refund. How they handle business is a joke.

I’ve never been to Jack in the Box, as no one really talks about it, but I never realized they had such a big menu! Cheddar peppers, grilled cheeses, egg rolls, protein bowls and Boba tea! I was impressed. I liked service and the food more. The guy at the window was super friendly, and I got my food fast, hot, and very tasty! Definitely will be a fav little spot of mine.

Upon entering, I used the rest room and washed my hands ,only to find no way to dry them. They had no air dryer, or paper towels in the men’s room. When I ordered, I asked if they had any sugar-free sodas. The cashier pointed to a large coke mixing machine and said that they had all kinds. One I received my drink cup and went to the machine, 70% of the products were out of stock. I ordered three large egg rolls that were good, but only came with two sauces. A third sauce would need to be purchased. The loaded mini tacos are a box of messy cheese, lettuce, and deep fried mini tacos. They were nothing to brag about. Overall, I don’t understand what everyone is raving about. This establishment is a 1.5 out of ten.

Andrea with the night shift is the backbone of this location, came thru twice and both times shes been attentive and the food has been hot even tho she was the only one working that night and she was a delight to speak with, definitely rate her 5 out of 5 stars and the food was great too

We Love their tacos!!! We ordered 10 Tacos, extra crispy with extra lettuce. They came out Perfect, hot and delicious. If you haven’t tried them, you’re missing out. Both of the girls working there, Were super nice.

Not the best place to try and get some food after getting off of work. They were understaffed. Understandable, but this has happened 3 or 4 other times now. To start off, the initial interaction started with a monotonous “hello” followed by “we’re only doing DoorDash or online orders”. And, I will say, yes, it was 10:30 something at night, Anyway, I proceeded to tell the person I had placed an online order, they stated it wasn’t in the system even though the money was already taken out from what I saw in my transactions, probably just a system glitch. Anyway, I would’ve been more upset, but, fortunately though, I did seem to have gotten refunded. So, the whole reason for this post however, is not because of that mishap, my main point was what was stated above. Understaffing is genuinely rough literally everywhere. And it makes it rough when place and places you’ve found and come across have been around for 75 years, or even longer, in some cases.

The food is good, but if you’re in a hurry don’t bother takes for ever to get helped and even longer to get your food. I was waiting at the counter almost 5 mins while the employees just hung out in the back, I put my own order in at the desk but since I was paying cash it didn’t go through untill my payment was collected to which took about 5 more minutes for someone to notice I was standing up there I said I helped myself and ordered they couldn’t figure out why my order was on the screen even though I told them I hadnt paid yet, then once that was solved it was about another 10 min wait for my food, the drive thru is just as bad waited in line behind another truck that was at the speaker in which he was waiting for about 10 mins I shut my truck off, then I got to the speaker to order guess what was asked to wait for a min, so I shut it off again guess what about another 8-10 min wait they’re lucky they’re good no stars for service though
