Best taco I have ever had! Massive margaritas, excellent service. The waiter was consistently around without being intrusive on our dinner. Food was delivered timely. I cannot recommend this place enough, it is now our go to Mexican restaurant!

Don Papa Grande is a staple of this community providing phenomenal Mexican food options and great margaritas. Occasionally we’ll have to wait to be seated but never long but no matter what, it’s worth the wait. I’ve ordered everything from burritos to street tacos to Salmon dishes….every one has been outstanding. Oh, and best chips and dip combo in the area!

The food was good! The Margarita was great and the service was awesome! We come in this neck of the woods every 6 months or so being that we take our kids to the dentistry nearby and decided to try for the first time! Must say we weren’t disappointed some Mexican restaurants it’s quite obvious that they are a bit bias towards black people but this one addressed me and my white husband with respect! Will be returning soon 🙂

We eat here often. Not my favorite but it’s close and my son loves chicken and rice. Today we go after school, I order birria which I’ve had many times and my son the chicken and rice. Birria tacos looked good minus the char but whatever. The consume for the tacos is oil and does not have the same consistency it typically does. I tell waitress Cristina and she says she doesn’t eat there and doesn’t know what it’s suppose to look or taste like . I say ugh ok can i get another. She brings the second one out and I taste it and it pretty much tastes the same. By now the first one has sit for a minute and like it’s oil. Note: I have gotten these so many times Togo I know what the consistency should look like and it has never set in a matter of seconds to oil. Cristina says this América and begins to be extremely rude to me as she walks to the table behind me as she’s talking to me. She says I don’t eat here and you should eat at an American restaurant. I am so shocked at her behavior. She is literally telling the table behind me and her next table my issue as I’m talking to her it’s wild. So I requested my check asked for a refund for the tacos I had one bite of and box for my sons food and left. I paid my check. I will never return to this restaurant and will drive out of my way to higher rated restaurants like El Caporal for better Customer service and not to pay $16.00 for chicken and rice for a kid that looks like that. Lastly Cristina this is America however you want to look at it. I was hoping for some authenticity even if it’s just a little from a Mexican restaurant and to not be treated poorly. Look me up in your system and see the amount of money and tips I’ve spent this year alone. Big mistake Huge!

Came here at 7pm after a bad day at work, only to have it made worst by the service i received at this restaurant. I sat at the bar and went 15 minutes without being acknowledged. In frustrustion, i asked to order my food to go after observing the waiter help a lady who came in after me, even though I was sitting there for a while. Another 15 minutes went by before I gave up and told them to cancel my order. Extremely disappointed in this location because I’ve been here many times.

First time eating here and hands down, this is my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Our experience was outstanding. Such an extensive menu I had a hard time deciding what to order. The drink menu was just as extensive and had a lot of great choices as well. The Mexican trash can will have you more than tipsy. Even the waiter gives you a warning and cautions you when ordering. The coctel de camaron was delicious. The tomato base is quite flavorful. The chorizo taco was tasty and not too spicy. The chorizo was fried with a slight crisp just how I like it The fish tacos were amazing. I do not typically order fish tacos but I am so glad I did. The grilled tilapia was cooked perfectly and the chipotle dressing was the perfect finish to the tacos. The white rice was the best rice I’ve had from any Mexican restaurant in this area. Texture and seasoning was on point. Restaurant has plenty of seating. It was not understaffed. Fast and Attentive service from our waiter. Best of all, great prices compared to other Mexican restaurants. Portions are huge. The Ambiance is your typical Spanish decor, darker lighting. I can’t wait to come back.

I only had chips and salsa. My wife had the fish tacos and thoroughly enjoyed it. Hood value for the money, our server Cris was fantastic. I might venture to try a Mexican style taco as those are naturally Gluten free.
