We spent over $30 dollars at this place. I do not recommend this restaurant! The food was warm like it had been sitting under a light all day! The bread was extremely hard and the lettuce wasn’t Fresh on the burger. The soda tasted like seltzer water. Then they charge .32 cents for a sauce that should have been free since the food was so bad! The fries were hot. Not fresh!

The workers were rude and cut us off as we were ordering because I took a second to confirm what meal my kid wanted. We ordered the Halloween bucket along with the kids meal and we had to ask for it at the window because they didn’t give it to us with everything else. I checked the kids meal before driving off and there was no toy in the bag. I asked about the toy and the worker said they aren’t included in the meal? What? Since when?

Disgusting cold food, never go to this place! Wow is all I have to say. How do you wait 10 minutes while the only person in the drive through, and get ice cold burgers?!?! I don’t mind waiting at all, but getting cold food after the wait doesn’t make sense to me.

The workers do not acknowledge you as they stand with their backs to you until you ask them for help. We tried ordering the new whoppers they had on the menu screen and they said they don’t have those. The few things we ordered took forever and then when we got them they where sloppy and gross looking. Not to mention the attitudes of the few workers we interacted with was horrible. I will not be going back. I would not recommend this place unless your life depends on this meal. Even then, you may die waiting.

Came in yesterday Got a whopper, cheesy tots & 2 orders of nuggets that tasted really old and were hard. I get not alot of people work there but if I’m gonna wait 20mins In a line for my food in the first place it could at least be fresh so it’s worth the really long wait

Ordered my order on the mobile app 35 minutes before my lunch break. Only to get down there and have most of my orders sit on the counter the whole time I was standing there and finally received my order an hour later. and when asked about it the manager wants to run his mouth as if it’s my fault. Then the food that I did get that was part of my order was completely incorrect. Chicken in my wrap was raw. I would truthfully steer clear this place

Stopped on my way to work. Ordered 2 double hamburgers and a cheesy tot. Halfway to work after eating the cheesy tots I realized they didn’t give me my second burger, even though I paid for it. Unfortunately it was to late to go back. I can kinda understand if its a large order that an item could be missed but there was 3 items and they were not busy at all. There is no excuse for it!
