Usually love the food here but our experience here today was disappointing. Took about 30 minutes to get our food then my blt had almost completely brown avocado on it. Looked as if it had been cut and sat out for at least a day.

Excellent service. Thoughtful employees that are extremely attentive. The food is very good. A step above a deli. Nice seasonal changes adding new foods. I’m impressed. Oh my goodness, their desserts are unexpectedly delicious. Their carrot cake challenges the best of them. Visit and enjoy. Quite an extensive menu, they are happy to make custom changes, as in, have it your way!! Thomas is an expert at managing everything, dotting every I in the restaurant. Just exceptional. Robert has been here 2 1/2 years and is an expert at the menu and meeting people with the most wonderful disposition. Kudos to the owners. This is a happy place to visit!

1000x better than Panera!! Look at that portion size ! I honestly wish there was a McAlister’s in Maryland! From the start, the person at the counter was so sweet. (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name… But truly loved your vibes). We got the ‘choose 2″ spicy turkey sandwich, savannah chopped salad, chicken tortilla soup and veggie spud. I loved how fresh everything tasted. My friend and I were so full from all this food and the price was worth every penny. Each items itself 10/10 and over all experience with the environment and people 100% with visiting.

Great lunch today! Reuben with a side salad, a bag of chips and a sweet tea. I beat the lunch rush and was able to sit and get some work finished after I enjoyed a delicious meal! The only thing I realized after I was done and walking out – they forgot my pickle! LOL The staff was kind and helpful and the manager even walked around checking that all was well! Niiice touch! (Wish I had realized I was missing my pickle, then! **grin) Highly recommend! Very clean restaurant!

There were a few missing parts of our order, but the team immediately addressed our concerns and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was corrected.
