Absolutely the worse experience ever. I called in the order and waited for the pizza for over an hour after being told it would be ready in 22 min. And if that wasn’t all, the temperature inside the store was at least 90°. Oh but thats not all… the frosting on the cake was the horrible and unprofessional custom service or lack off. These people know nothing about service. But wait, there’s more, my pizzas were wrong. I asked for light sauce and both pizzas are drenched in sauce. I called customer service but they are closed. I also called the restaurant and hung up after a 12 min wait time. So if you are looking for the MOST HORRIBLE and PATHETIC EXPERIENCE, Little Caesars on Blackhawk is the place to go!!!

It’s been a while since I ordered from this Little Caesars, and now I remember why. I paid for a pretzel crust pepperoni pizza and received a regular pepperoni pizza with salt sprinkled all over it no pretzel crust at all. I should’ve double checked before leaving, but the store was busy and impatient customers were still waiting, and I didn’t have time. On top of that, the pizza puffs were barely cooked, and I had to finish them in the air fryer. Very disappointing and awful experience.

Haven’t seen a little Cesar be so slow, it took over an hour to get my pizzas, they need help, more personnel or better training because ggeesshhh lawd, they sure where trying but looks like they needed more help.

Just go to Tony’s Pizza & Grinders down the street. Store Manager is useless. She came speaking out loud asking the line of customers “what’s the problem?” Claiming us customers are being vulgar/disrespectful with the employees. I let her know the hour I was waiting there no one was acting in that manner.

Luis and the teller that worked this evening shift ignored me. They had said 15 min for two pizzas and they provided nothing, I was waiting through drive thru and tried to get their attention for over an hour. They just ignored me multiple times. When I went inside the building they the looked for my pizza inside their “ Done Oven” and gave me a dry pizza. Meaning the pizza had been done for a while . They just never gave it to me when they had to.
Worst customer service . Don’t come here if you want to get your food on time. Everyone in there was complaining their orders weren’t right either.

The pizza here is always Hot but never ready. Make sure you order your pizza three business days in advance of being hungry because you will NEVER be able to just walk in and out with a pizza. The drive-thru is there for decoration, that line doesn’t move any fast than getting out your car and you have to pray super hard that they will even come to the window. I gave two stars because your pizza will always be fresh but that’s only because it will never be ready, probably because they only have about three employees on the clock at a time. && DONT think it depends on the day of the week because it doesn’t. Any day of the week you will have to wait a lifetime for your pizza.

The food is fine for the price. The service is terrible. They need to get some help, better training, pause orders. Not even peak hours and they just can’t keep up. Drive thru will get ignored. Walks in will take an hour. If you order on the app be ready to wait 40 minutes past the estimated pickup time at least. I can’t say the workers aren’t working, but they are working slow. Slow slow. Not quite peak hours yet based on google maps info and they aren’t even trying.

This location is always a hit or miss. There are days that we can order and its ready in 15 minutes.. or there’s days that it says it’ll be ready and when you get there, there’s 10 people inside that have been waiting on their online order for 10 minutes. I ordered 5 pizzas at 445 for pick-up at 545. I got there and still had to wait an extra 15 minutes. pizzas were fresh with plenty of toppings.

Worst Experience EVER! Pizza was made incorret to begin with then when we went to eat it, it was raw. Smelt like pizza dough and could play with the dough if I wanted to. Do not recommend. Called to complain and was on hold for 34 minutes still no response. Called again and still on hold.

I placed an order through the app on a game night (NFL game). I placed the order on my way home around 530pm. the confirmation stated it would be ready around 549 559pm. I was in the drive-thru line around 545pm. I unfortunately was in this line for over 50 mins. I called the store a few times to see about the order and what was happening as i expected that people would have the same idea as I and get a pizza. No one answered. After 3 attempts of calling the store and an additional 20 min wait i decided to leave. Now I sent an email asking for a refund roughly 5 business days or more days ago. I have not gotten any response nor refundes for an order i was not abale to pick up. Id recommend going to another location as this one does not have it all together.
