Edit: Sadly, today I have to down great my rating. We ordered ahead like we always do, so we don’t have to wait to order when we get there and for them to get the food prepared because we only have a 30 minute lunch. The food presented well and they had it out quickly and the lady again this time was very sweet! However, whenever i got back to the office and we opened everything the burgers had grease covering them and soaked into the buns ( we couldn’t get a decent picture of that), but we included pictures of the wrappers and grease the dripped out in the counter and started to harden . The bottom of the bag is covered like it was leaking out of the wrappers. 2/4 sándwiches we got we’re of good quality. The 2 double cheese burgers is what this mainly occurred on which understandable because they have more fat in the meat, but still the amount was ridiculous. The fun doesn’t stop there. The onions rings that we received on our two large orders tasted like they were sorta freezer burnt but also like they had been in the warmer too long and served.. though they were warm the quality wasn’t great.
The food is always good and the car hop was so friendly. She answered a few questions that I had with ease! I do miss the patty melt though. Be sure to order through the app, it’s simple, straightforward, and you get significantly saving by earning rewards and special offers.

I go here religiously every week and I got their new strawberry shortcake slush float and it wasn’t even filled up to the top of the cup and I’m not even talking about the top of the cup where the lid is added I’m talking about just a cup itself I am very disappointed with their service lately sometimes it looks just like the picture but most of the time it’s missing about a fourth to a third. If I’m buying an expensive drink I would expect better I mean it looks really good there’s just hardly anything in it haha. And no I did not drive home and then look at it. I live literally 30 seconds away.

This location on the Volunteer Parkway has gone downhill over the past year when it comes to quality and taste. I was blown away that a strawberry limeade, corn dog and small onion ring cost $7.61! To beat it all the limeade had no carbonation and tasted like it had been sitting out for a few days, as did the corn dog. I’m guessing there was a total of 2-1/2 onion rings in the order bc they were burnt together and stuck to the bottom of the bag. I don’t like posting negative reviews but this isn’t the first time this has happened here. I won’t be back to this one again. Save your money and spend it somewhere else.

Ate here for years and it was always great food, till today. Fries, tots and chicken tasted like rancid old grease. My coke was all water. Sent the coke and the hard, dry (Jumbo???) chicken back. After today, I do not think I will ever go back…Disappointed

I don’t normally give bad reviews but today it was just awful. I’ve been to this one many many times and it’s always good but today the food was not how I ordered it and the person taking my order was rather short with me and the person delivering the food was just flat-out rude. So if you’re looking for somewhere that you don’t feel like you’re walking around on eggshells at this is not the place at least not today. Tuesday 5-6-25

First off I couldn’t get my half price drinks with my 2 meals because it kept saying technical difficulties. Husband was ordering and she said she couldn’t hear him.Not sure why dar was off and he didn’t speak low. She came out and took our irder.Now you would think taking an order face to face it would be right but no he wanted large fries and got medium.

Worst food from a fast food chain in along time! The wavy fries looked like they had been cooked 3 different times. They tasted awful.. not enough Ketchup in the building could make them taste better. My got long chili dog tasted sour and didn’tget a fork with it, which made it difficultto eat. our half sweet half unsweetened tea tasted like instant tea! We will never return to this Sonic!!!

I was waiting on a friend to get done at a Drs appointment so I decided to come try the pickle fries since I love fried pickles. I feel they would have been great if they were fresh and not just little bits mostly. They literally came out to my car in one minute which was great except there was no way they were fried when I ordered them. Not gonna lie they were kinda a let down.
