Shout out to McDonald’s for advertising Monopoly. Even though they advertise Monopoly items and we ordered Monopoly items we didn’t get our monopoly tickets, so if you’re gonna advertise something at least do it correctly, thank you. (At least the food was fresh, I’ll give you that)

I recently ordered an iced coffee from this establishment and was appalled to find a dead fly in my drink. Following my discussion with management, I was issued a refund for the beverage. The disturbing aspect of this incident is that the drink had already been partially consumed, rendering it utterly revolting on multiple levels. I would not recommend this dirty and disgusting establishment to anyone and will not be patronizing it again.

I hate the fact McDonald’s has moved away from people eating in their restaurants. So much so that when you go inside and eat you never talk to a person then wait for nearly 30 minutes for your food. When I asked about it I was told that a lot of people were waiting for food. We were the only ones in the lobby and the drive thru wasn’t backed up. Then when my food was brought to us the guy dropped our cups. He did go get us some new cups but when I left those other cups were still on the ground. On top of that there were no sauces and I had to spend several minutes trying to get someone’s attention to grab us sauces. Not at any time did anyone offer an apology for slow service or for forgetting our sauces. Overall an extremely poor experience and sadly that has been my experience the last few times I have been at this location.

Drive thru was very fast. Got back to the hotel and found this thread/hair in the box,see pic. It was a biscuit order with the sausage on the side @ 9:25ish. I would post the receipt, but I didn’t get one. ..looked all over in the bags.
Updated post, found the grill tag (see pic) stuck to the biscuit wrapper.

Food is normally fresh no complaints there but today the cookies were hard as a rock. No date on them to let you know how long they were sitting out. I could not eat the cookies.

I made an order online through mobile app and received confirmation email at 11:32 am, however when I got to the restaurant at 12:11 pm. They cancelled my order at that time and claimed that they didn’t see my order. They deducted my rewards points as well. I couldn’t believe how ran their business.

We have been there multiple times overnight and get no service. I have to drive way out of the way to get food in the middle of the night . Don’t take an overnight shift if you aren’t going to work. Just left there pissed again.

Listen, I’m fairly certain you all have my dad blocked and have for years because he always complains but years later, nothing has changed.
Went through the drive thru tonight. My boyfriend ordered the adult happy meal. They gave him a kids meal. They said that they could fix it but he would have to go back through the line again. Fine. So we go back through the line again, order the adult meal and they gave us a 2nd kids drink because they were out of medium cups. I’m so confused. Why would they downgrade the drink after already making us go through the whole line again?
Oh and thank you for a partially filled order of fries. Maybe they ran out of those too. ♀️
Please work on the training of your employees. It’s the only explanation for this still happening after all of this time. Do better.
