Normally I would give a 5, however, I am truly disappointed. This is the first time I’ve had to ask for my chicken to be replaced. When I received my chicken, it was falling apart and apparently we were informed it was just the breading which is not true. I’ve been at other locations and they don’t give that excuse. In addition, the flavor was bland with barely no salt on the fries or chicken. Don’t get me started on the fries, there were a little soggy and not crisp and fresh. They did give me new chicken tenders but there was only a 25% difference. Not to mention, they served the food in the to go boxes since it was late but it tends to make the food colder. They close at 2am so it would be more reasonable if they did it an hour before closing. I was craving the fries and they were not up to par. The West Chester location is far par superior since they put the customer first, provide a clean and welcoming atmosphere and always have their food fresh and ready. The staff isn’t smiling as much and seem like they hate their job. Not to mention, I’m still taken back on being provided the information it’s just the breading since that shows lack of accountability for taking the time to provide quality service. People tend to just accept the food they are given since they just want the food, but employees don’t get spoken with by their managers to change their old ways to ensure fresh top quality food. Yet again I am very disappointed as a consumer that Canes has failed to provide their mission to me. Hope this helps any future customer.

Canes is outstanding and hard to beat. The whole family loves this place. We got the 25 tailgater, fries and extra sauce….everyone loves the sauce. The place was clean and the staff was really nice. The drive theu was packed, went inside to get the food and beat almost all of them. Wish they had onion rings.

I live in Maryland and have very little opportunity to eat at a Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers restaurant. I have eaten at others so I was excited to eat here given that I really liked their chicken. They did not disappoint.

First time I have dined in the restaurant (I have done take out before), and it was clean and well decorated. Staff were very friendly and quick to take and get me my order.

I ordered the box combo, and it was delicious. I know Cane’s is famous for their sauce, but I do wish they offered barbecue sauce! Really no big deal, but just an FYI. Meal was around $12 which is excellent given this economy, and the amount of food you received.

Looking forward to when I return to the area I can visit again.

If you want to instantly become the most popular parent in the car, just say the words: “Who wants Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers?”

My kids go from arguing about literally everything to suddenly becoming the most polite humans on Earth. “Yes ma’am.” “No sir.” “Please drive faster.” It’s amazing what the promise of chicken fingers and that legendary Cane’s sauce can do for family harmony.

The chicken is always hot, crispy, and delicious, the fries disappear in about 3.7 seconds, and the Texas toast is apparently “too good to share” according to my children (who did not ask my opinion before eating mine).

Bonus points for keeping the menu simple. No one in the back seat is negotiating substitutions, reading a 4-page menu, or asking what aioli means. It’s chicken, fries, toast, and happiness.

10/10 family peacekeeping strategy. Highly recommend if you enjoy good food and temporary silence from your kids.

I decided to try Raising Cane’s after many months of not having it. Now I remember why I haven’t been here in a long time. The portions have shrunk considerably over the past few years. These 3 Finger Meals used to have twice as much fries and chicken strips that would fill the box!

I was really disappointed. For a place renowned for its sauce, I hardly got to taste it since so little was added to my sandwich. The portion of fries was laughably small, too. While the chicken was good, overall, it just didn’t feel like good value for money.

First batch of fries was extremely overcooked and burnt. Asked for a fresh batch and got the exact same looking fries. So this time I drove all the way back and went inside to speak to a manager. I asked for a Fresh side of fries, and explained that this was my third attempt to get some good food. I have attached all three pictures below. The third batch was barely any better than the first two. This Canes does not understand how to cook food properly, at least they don’t know how to do french fries.

This was the most Delicious chicken I ever ate! This was my first visit. I got a 4 piece tenders meal with fries, garlic bread and Cole slaw. The Cane’s sauce is amazing. I went through the Drive thru. Service was fast, the order was correct and the food was delicious! I’ll be back!

Never realized how truly blan their chicken is until now. I am so used to getting their sandwich meal which apparently makes a huge difference with flavor. Now I see why people say that Canes relies on their toast and their sauce to stay in business. Their fries are okay. I’d eat here again, but it’s definitely not somewhere I will be craving or recommending to others.
The staff is great at keeping the tables clean after guests leave.

I haven’t had Cane’s in a while. Is their chicken tenders shrunk in size. Looks like a chicken fingers for sure if a chicken has any finger.
Restaurant is clean inside out, service is good and fast but disappointed at the portion size.
