I ordered the vanilla snickerdoodle Frosty, my boyfriend ordered a small chili and the chocolate brownie batter Frosty and somehow the drive-through employee did not hear or remember that it was supposed to be a chocolate frosty base, and when we went up to the window to pay, my boyfriend was double-checking that she got chocolate brownie batter Frosty and she said ” oh, you wanted chocolate? Well I already made it vanilla and we don’t have chocolate frosties right now because we’re about to close” so I ask ” You’re about to close? I thought you closed at 2:00 a.m.? ” She says they do… It was 12:45. They didn’t close for another hour and 15 minutes. I have never ever in all my time going to Wendy’s heard the chocolate Frosty is unavailable an hour and 15 minutes to close… I feel the appropriate response from the employee would have been to possibly maybe apologize that she put in for a vanilla Frosty with brownie batter and not a chocolate one like was actually ordered and offer to make it the correct way. Her entire attitude basically told me that she couldn’t be bothered making it again the correct way.

I ordered a brownie frosty and a 5 dollar biggie bag. Turns out the 5 dollar biggie is now 6 dollars….? The cashier guy gave me attitude when I asked for extra brownie batter(that I paid for!) and then the ice cream tasted… Stale? I guess… Like it had been left out and then refrozen. Then the food was completely cold and with my tooth infection I can barely chew as it is so I didn’t get to eat much of my cold plastic tasting burger, cold, dry nuggets, and hard cold tasteless fries.
Overall it was a bad experience and I come here almost every other day…. Super ashamed of my local Wendy’s.

Stated they accepted Apple Pay then when I got to the window my card “declined” yet I’m at McDonald’s rn and jsut paid with Apple Pay perfectly fine. Fix your Apple Pay terminals

Went to order food here on January 17, 1:20am. Website says they close at 2am but when i got there the person working said they were closed. I just think they were lazy and already clocked out seeing he already had himself bags to take home. Smh.

I’ve been several times and don’t like the service. They charged me for the wrong order the first time. The service is really slow through the drive through. Another time I left and went somewhere else because I waited so long. Bad management for sure.

The night crew can’t seem to get things right and they don’t care about correcting their mistakes. My salad was incorrectly made without the avocado on it that it comes with and when I called they just put the phone down for 10 minutes talking to each other no one got back on the phone it wasn’t busy because it was before close.
