My kid wanted this for lunch. Two of the machines dont print your receipts. We tried one the previous week and tried a different one during this visit. No receipt either time. The food came out pretty quick and their ice cream machine has been working every time we have been. That only makes them better than most McDonald’s.

So I don’t put many reviews but for some reason. This McDonald’s is aweful AT NIGHT!!! It’s the same thing just like the airline location. They are super slow. Kids just cussing in the back at customers or even just the stuff they have to do. At night, you will be handed wrong order, food, drink etc.. also I don’t have a pic to use for evidence. But the next time you go through the drive thru. Look at the drink dispenser. Not inside the drive thru.. I refuse to get drinks from there because there is a huge spot of BLACK MOLD!! this store is infested with black mold / mold in general. It’s even on the inside drink dispenser. I recommend not going here. Also the food isn’t ever hot and if it is. It’s overdone. Fries will be like rocks. I haven’t had big issues during the day time. But AT NIGHT Is the worst. Please. Management or even HR DO SOMETHING!!!

Every time I go to this McDonald’s, something has to be missing from the order. And one of the female managers or team leaders, has a horrible attitude when you ask that your order be corrected. Today they found it too difficult to give me the Filet’o’fish I ordered. I was given a piece of burnt chicken in a bun instead.

I placed a mobile order for pickup and was traveling, in a rush. I literally went in the store to pick it up 20 seconds after placing it. Of course the order wasnt ready yet. I Was greeted and taken care of immediately by store employee and the manager as well. The impressive part is that I havent even asked. I heard the manager calling for the order to be made as I was there and it was ready in a couple minutes. Honestly that was the best customer service I have experienced at a mcdonalds in a while. Keep it up guys and thanks a lot.
