Hardees is terrible now. Anywhere you go. All of them. Little, tiny, old, and tough biscuits that have been made for hours. And we got a couple of apple turnovers thinking maybe they would be better. Wrong! Each turnover only had one tiny cube of apple in them. I remember when there was some pride in a good product. Not anymore!

Never a bad meal at Hardees. I visit at least 3 times a week and always friendly staff, they ensure the process is as quickly as possible with no mistakes in the order. Tim on drive thru is a great Customer Friendly represenative. Always makes the visit run smoothly. Best Hardees in Morristown…(The only one I visit now)

It’s 11/28/2025 @ 4:38pm. I ordered my child a burger but I forgot to state I wanted it plain with just cheese so I parked and went in to buy another sandwich and they made me a plain with cheese burger free of charge ☺️❤️! They were so unbelievably kind and so sweet. It’s the holiday season so meeting kind people is not very common! They are 100/100! The place was super clean and customer service was everything you want!

Update::November still loving this place great job guys!! I love this Hardee’s! I go every morning almost since I work 3rd shift. Ms.Robin and all the staff always greet me with a hello! They take the time to learn about you if you want and are always in a good mood no matter how busy! Highly recommend! The app is amazing too. Free food quick!

I got there at 1049 I was so worried about if I was going to make them mad me working in the industry with food, I understand it is kind of irritating when people come in right before closing, but I got a number eight. I didn’t make my meal crazy and the gentleman. I believe he was the manager. He was super nice and understanding and I will always come back to this location. I usually use this Hardee’s for breakfast and sometimes lunch. The atmosphere in this restaurant is less than welcoming and if you use the drive-thru it takes forever and on numerous occasions my food has not been right. It may be something as simple as being short-staffed but if you’re going to have people working for you you need to make sure that they have good customer work ethics. The only good thing about Hardee’s is the Hardee’s food is always pretty good when it’s done right and when the atmosphere makes you feel welcome.

I tried reaching out to corporate because my issue was an online order. And I know most businesses with online orders you have to contact corporate. But I haven’t had a response from them. I made an online order Monday morning at this location around 4:20am and when I got to the location it was closed. I get the weather was bad so I understand way the location wasn’t open. But they took money from my account and I never got my food. I come to this location 3 to 4 times a week for breakfast. But until this is fixed I want be back.

I live nearby, so I visit Hardee’s in White Pine almost every day — and it never disappoints. The staff always offers a genuinely warm welcome, and the restaurant’s cleanliness is truly unmatched. It’s so spotless that even my own home can’t compare. Honestly, the floors are so clean I’d have no problem sleeping on them. Highly recommend the White Pine Hardee’s — a perfect 10/10 experience every time.
