I stopped here today for a chicken sandwich. According to my receipt it’s called a Signature Sandwich. It had “Zax sauce” and pickles on it. It tasted really good!

Ordered 2 Cobb salads fried pickles,and a large diet coke. Was asked to pull up and wait. They brought two orders out and gave us the wrong bag. When we said something the girl was tried to trade bags out of the other car. I asked to have it remade. No problem she did this. Got back to where I am staying and open the box expecting fried pickles ,nope to my surprise it’s cold cheese curds. Not very happy

Without a Chick-fil-a, Zaxby’s is pretty much without any serious competition in the fried chicken market in Palatka. Even with the unrelenting inflation we are all suffering, prices are still reasonable here. What sets it apart is the excellent service that the counter help offers on every visit, and, unlike so many other crappie fast food joints, the food is always hot.

Went through the drive through I ordered a shake cob salad and vegetable egg rolls I got to egg rolls should be three and no utensils or dressing for the salad I live 18 miles away so Im not going back. Will consider other food options when Im in palatka next order 29366490 11/11/25 4:25 pm

I remember Zaxbys when it was just a fee drive up spots dotted through GA and SC. It was amazing then to near addictive. Now, I almost cant stand to eat it. Quality has diminished over the years, especially the last 5.

It’s good. I wouldn’t come back again though. Maybe if I were to be in the area once again. The workers were very nice, patient, and explained everything to us so it was good. The food was alright, the chicken was juicy, the fries were hot as some were warm, they weren’t really “crunchy” like, apparently one was mushier than the others. The wings are good. The Tongue Torch wasn’t even spicy, it felt acidic like. The chicken for the sandwich was salty, and I felt like I was eating pure salt. Also the chicken piece was quite big, I couldn’t fit it in my mouth, more like I couldn’t take a bite out of it without having to open my mouth widely.

Every time I come here Nothing seems to be that great. I keep trying but at this point my family is done . We came tonight for a family pack of 30 boneless wings . When ordering all you could hear is the employees being loud while there is a huge line due to only drive Thru . Then we get our meal lady who gave it to us was very nice big the food was horrible . The wings are super over cooked / hard . Way to much sauce in some and hardly any in others . And extremely spicy and the fries are under cooked !
Really only thing decent was the toast .
Waste of $$$ back to saint aug zaxbys it is .

Cheese cake are a perfect combination for a snack or dessert. Snack packs are reasonable.i feels the meals or a little over price. And you don’t get your money worth . Skimpy on the chicken strips.
