Order 8 piece, classic family meal. But recieved no breasts thighs wings and legs. I wasnt told whether or not they were out of breasts or there was a wait. Disappointed in communication because I could’ve purchased a different order – given i was expecting 2 breasts as listed on my receipt. I have also noticed a change in the chicken where pieces are getting smaller and smaller than previously.

Pulled up to the speaker and was immediately told it would be a 6 min wait, no reason given. I agreed and proceeded to park in a parking space. After 25 mins waiting and observing the staff(at least 4 members) in the dining room eating as I’m waiting for my order, I decided to go inside and inquire what was the hold up. When I asked an employee where my order was they looked at me with astonishment and had no idea where my order was or why I was originally told to wait. After 5 mins of back and forth with now 3 different employees that had no idea where my food was the manager finally decided to get up and assist (she had been sitting there the whole time, and thought it was smart to tell me she heard when I was originally told to wait 6 mins because “she also has on a headset”) She proceeded to try to scold me for having a harsh tone with the staff, at which time I told her if she got up and supervised her staff I wouldn’t have to speak the way I did. In summation I hope they reprimand their manager and retrain the staff to meet some sort of professional standards, but I’ll never know because I will never patronize this facility ever again

I came to Popeyes and was attended by Ms.C the manager. She had the worst attitude and she was treating her customers and employees really bad. She was making smart comments trying to make fun of us for not knowing the menu well. Someone please investigate her, I’m sure all the employees would appreciate it as much as I would. She didn’t work with her employees At all. she was bossing them around YELLING at them. Teamwork is essential in a workplace and she clearly abuses her power as manager. I will be contacting HR until she gets her position taken away from her, thank you.

This was the most well-run Popeyes I’ve ever been to. The original place we were going to order from was packed as we drove by, so we stopped here on a whim for an easy meal for 5 people on 11/11.
The young woman who took our order was so efficient about knowing what was available behind her and had a great attitude.
While we were waiting on our chicken sandwiches and sides, we saw and heard the goings on behind the counter, and these didn’t disappoint.
I heard a woman, presumably a manager, remind an employee to be sure to put napkins and utensils in a drive-thru order. I saw a young man speedily deliver several meals outside on a cold night.
We actually had to wait on one of our 5 sandwiches (ordering for 5), and we were told as soon as the issue was known, so we were informed, prepared, and fine with it.
The parking lot was clean, as was the drink station and there wasn’t anything out around napkins/straws, etc… I think that shows care and regular checking. While some may say everything I saw and heard is how it’s supposed to be, 1) this was different from my experiences at various Popeyes restaurants and 2) how efficiently people were working together and how effortless they made it seem made this experience standard for all of their customers that evening.
Edited because I noticed I’d originally selected $30-$50 for “price per person” (that range was the total spent for all ) and changed it to between $1-$10.

I went to a popeyes on east-west connect in Austell Georgia and got a 3 piece dinner. First of all i asked for 2 thighs and a leg and they gave me 2 legs and a thigh, although shebrepeated the order to me. Second when i received my order it was in a bag when i ask for it to go and she said that what they had to do. Last, the chicken was very greasy like it had been reheated in the vat, and was greasy looking. I used 4 napkins and my hands was full of grease. It was very poor service and didnt live up to popeyes reputation at all.

Okay, so this was my very first time hitting up this Popeye’s Location, and let me tell you, it was exactly what I needed after a long day of school, especially after 10 PM! The craving for good chicken was real, and thankfully, the service was super fast. The chicken was fresh and juicy, which was a huge relief, and they even hooked me up with a biscuit. Seriously impressed for a first-timer!

I ordered a 4 piece chicken combo with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. It amounted to 15 dollars yet I didn’t get the side of mashed potatoes and I only got 3 pieces.
I love eating Popeyes and I haven’t had it for a while before yesterday, but they never get your order right. It makes me wonder if it’s really worth the high prices? I really expected to get what I ordered for otherwise I would’ve gotten a smaller amount myself without a side.

My wife and I love popeyes right; but today we had exceptional service. Derick was not only welcoming but he also had very professional demeanor. We asked him if they had anymore of the FNAF deluxe boxes because we love to collect merch and he reassured us they had plenty in stock. After he took our order, another customer came in to pick up an online order and she was yelling at The Whole crew about why they didn’t carry tar tar sauce anymore. Derrick was calm under pressure and cooly explained to her that the sauce was stopped only to be replaced by a different sauce and asked if there was anything else he could get for her and she left on a good note. Pls give this guy a raise cause he definitely has the makings of charisma and leadership.

I had a minor issue with my 9-piece all-white meat order, which contained mostly wings. I contacted the store, and the supv-manager, Caroline, handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and understanding.
She immediately apologized for the mix-up and offered a full replacement, ensuring I received an order with more breast. The way the situation was handled turned a potential negative experience into a very positive one.
The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and the quick resolution really highlighted their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this location and want to commend Caroline and the team for going above and beyond to make it right. I will definitely be a returning customer!

This location’s low rating is consistent with my experience. I was the only car in the drive-thru and was still asked to pull forward because my order “wasn’t ready,” which reasonably led me to expect hot, freshly prepared food. The cheese sticks were hot, but the chicken was not, indicating it had been prepared earlier.
When I called back, the person identifying herself as the manager was defensive and unhelpful. I did not request a replacement — only a refund — and provided my receipt and order number. I was told I would have to bring the food back, which is not appropriate once food has already been issued. I even offered to be charged for the drink only. This lack of customer service explains why this location continues to struggle with low ratings. I hope actual management or corporate follows up.
