I came for Valentine’s Day and ordered 2 coffees around noon I moved to the side to wait for my coffee and realized the barista offered a bogo to the next gentleman behind me I asked how to I get that she said sorry the lady didn’t know we had that offer but them proceeded to tell everyone that came in after me about the deal. I then was handed a coffee that was supposed to be a iced butter bear that did not have any ice I asked the lady to add ice she tried to hand me a cup of ice to fix the situation. Overall I was very disappointed in this experience. I will not be coming back to west main bigby again. Worst coffee I’ve ever been handed at a bigby. Picture for reference.. dumped my whip off trying to put ice in it added a shot of expresso and it’s still the same color as milk…
