They never seem to staff this taco bell enough in the afternoon or at night and im so used to this that I will drive to the one in bend and be back before my order is done.
But recently now im experiences quality issues now every time I visit.
I spent $40 + bucks on this last order that was ment for me my husband and my daughter and I couldn’t belive with my eyes what they tried to serve me when my husband got home with the meal.
Burnt, dried COLD chicken
All 3 not edible and a waste of money.
It honestly makes me sick to think that I wasted my money at a fast food restaurant when I just wanted a cooking break but I would have SAVED MONEY and FED MY FAMILY if I went somewhere else or just cooked.
Thanks taco bell, you are starting to lose me as a life long customer.

It is so frustrating to order food from this location and it take over an hour. I dont understand why this location is like this. Not a single other location iv been to has the audacity to be this way. The employees are childish every time iv gone in they are complaining about eachother and making the atmosphere so uncomfortable. Normally I dont post bad reviews but given this isnt the first, second or third time this has happen I feel its only fair to be honest in this and HOPE corporate takes notice. This is unacceptable. For the time it takes to wait wait the food I cam drive to bend or even lapine and get better service. Do better. I wont be spending my money here again. Best of luck to those still trying with them. You will wait forever and still maybe not get yoir food.

Come here if you want to wait a litteral hour to get your food not even a exaggeration its ridiculous I dont even know how its possible to be so slow its like they have one employee doing everything but thats not the case they like take your order then sit and watch the entire game of thrones series then once they finish that they might think about making your order ive never seen worse management of employees in fast food in my entire life get it together omg what are you paying your employees for seriously. But the food is good at the end of the day so there’s that you just have to wait a eternity

Its taco bell, so this rating is based off of other taco bells, not overall restaurants. Friendly efficient workers. But here’s the important part. 1 Cantina chicken quesadilla, uncut. 2 Doritos tacos locos supreme. Open up the quesadilla, put your tacos inside it, pour on fire sauce and their creamy Chipotle sauce. Thank me later.

Update: was told when we were here last that we can just call the store when we arrive with a mobile order pickup in order to not join the drive through line. Tried that out this time, sat while the phone rang for 2 and a half minutes, watched 3 more cars join the line, then realized they just don’t bother answering that phone apparently. Excellent idea for solid customer service with no follow through. Experience would be more positive if you don’t even mention anything about that service if you aren’t going to fulfill it.
This is the third time we’ve paid extra for chips and cheese instead of cinnamon strips and not been given what we paid extra for. My wife’s burrito also didn’t have the sauce it was supposed to come with though mine did. It appears speed of service vastly outweighs customer experience and attentiveness to detail. I really don’t want to be the guy who holds up the drive through checking everything about my order to ensure it is the way it is supposed to be, but for some reason this location can’t seem to get orders right.

Their employees are overwhelmed. There aren’t enough of them for how busy Redmond gets. As a DoorDasher, it’s frustrating to wait longer than those in the drive-thru. They also don’t come to take orders at the register. You practically have to shout to get assistance when they’re swamped. I get that they’re busy, but they could still come over to take orders and inform customers that their orders will take a bit longer. At the very least, they should greet customers and say, ‘I’ll be right with you.’ That would be really beneficial. A significant portion of their business comes from DoorDash, and to keep those orders flowing, it’s important to prioritize them just like any other customer.

Slow, slow, slow as a snail service. Employees can’t look at a screen and ask their coworkers what orders they are working on to figure out when your food will be ready. I went from, idk when your order will be next to, they are working on it now… so… no communication in the kitchen before replying to customers. Long waits and not even a courtesy drink or snack for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t eat here if they did offer free items. Its the principal. No one has any ethics these days

This location punishes their customers for ordering ahead.
Yesterday 11/19, I placed an order numbered 937780 on mobile app for pickup because this location already known to be suck with long wait times, last time I went drive through it took an hour.
Approximately I arrived 6pm to pick up the order, mobile app was indicating my order was ready but my order was nowhere to be found there so I let a team member know my order is missing and only told me some DoorDash guy probably took it, so that I assumed they would make a replacement for me so I waited about 10 minutes and asked if my order would be out soon and team member tells me they can’t to anything about it since it’s already made, I demanded my order to be made but team member stated it will take another 30 minutes.
I have a sick child specifically wanted Taco Bell waiting for me, I left this Taco Bell location visibly upset and my child had to go to bed without dinner she wanted.
Letting my order taken away, left customer hanging and refusing to remake stolen order is absolutely unacceptable.

Kind of an awkward little restaurant. The size and placement. I would say the parking lot isn’t the greatest, but there’s plenty of parking nearby. The drive through goes through the parking lot so there wasn’t much room, but the staff and the food were great So that made up for it.
