Everytime we go to Mr Gs and we get the same waitress She is not friendly what’s so ever and avoids us as need be. When we order the mozzarella appetizer they never cook it enough so it is not melted or gory I. The middle like it should be so my husband went to say something to the waitress and she ignored him and walked away. So then I got a different waitresses attention and she had the manager come over. She took them in the back and brought us new ones. We used to go eat there quite often and stopped because of the waitress. It is so annoying. I go to relax and eat something good and can’t do that with her making me so uncomfortable and my sister in law even commented on her. If you can’t handle criticism on the food not on her then don’t waitress. Also my husband gets 2 different coupons one for the track and one for the casino and they wouldn’t let him use both which is ridiculous. If I need to show proof I will give it to you that he get 2 different coupon pamphlets in the mail. You need to do something because the food is going down hill at your place. I have talked to other people and they agree that it’s not the same as it was before

Was not expecting a major culinary experience but was pleasantly surprised. We had the 8oz filet. Charred perfectly and perfect medium rare. The lamb entry was excellent. The sides had a upscale presentation and were good. Only disappointment was the shrimp appetizer. It was 4 small shrimp from the buffet that were peeled in a so so garlic sauce with rice. Was more a rice dish than shrimp. Would suggest removing from menu. The utica greens app was fine. The atmosphere is more in line to a typical breakfast venue. This is not a fancy restaurant but prices are reasonable. The waitress was responsive, again more like a wait staff in a diner, but no complaints. For gamblers one can bet on the horses.

We went for New Years Eve. We ordered around of drinks and our dinner at the same time. We watched as our drinks were set on the bar, we had to point out to our server that they were ready (15 minutes) another 10 before we get them. Our meals arrived and the prime rib was not cool it was ice cold.. very disappointed. Probably not returning.. our server was scattered at best.

They gave us margarine instead of butter. Waitress was very rude. Everyone at our table was over charged for the Thursday special. They were supposed to take it off our credit card and it is still on there. I am willing to bet that everyone who had the special was overcharged by 9 dollars. Never again will I go there.

prime rib was refrigerator cold for all 4 of us having dinner. Ran out of mashed potatoes substituted baked and that was actually warm. Drink order was wrong and sat on the end of the bar for over 15 minutes. Server didn’t check back or offer dessert menu etc.. waste of money

I had the chicken parm the sauce was cross between SpaghettiOs and ketchup I don’t know how you could serve such a disgusting product it’s got to be something that they stole from the Vernon food pantry. Waitresses are being competitive with each other see who can fight to do the least amount of work

If I could give you no stars for customer service, I would. We made a reservation a month ago for a birthday party. They called three days before the party and cancelled our reservation. Here we are scrambling to call everyone and tell me the invatation they received has changed. ill never give you my business again.

Save your time, tastebuds and money! This was our first time eating here and our last. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. The website and menu lead you to believe it would be at least a little upscale, but this is not the case. The dining area was dark, drab and boring. The beer selection was abysmal, there was a selection of maybe 4 or 5 drafts and no information on what was available in bottles. I settled on water. We ordered the Utica greens as an appetizer, they looked so so, but were inedible . Luckily it was removed from the bill. The bread sticks were terrible as well. Our main dishes looked great, but were greatly lacking in size and taste. Maybe you would have better luck at their buffet for $5 on Tuesdays. There are many more places nearby. I highly suggest visiting them.
