This was the worst order I ever got from any where. I ordered 5 breakfast platters with bacon and sausage but when I received it it didn’t have any bacon, or hash browns and the French toast was burnt so bad we couldn’t eat it. They where also put in the little taco boxes instead of the plastic containers there supposed to be in. And no one will answer the phone at that jack in the box

We’ve visited this Jack in the Box location twice now, and unfortunately, both times we were refused service without a valid reason.
First Visit:
We had a free reward on the Jack in the Box app. When we arrived to redeem it, we were told they were out of burgers—despite it being a standard menu item. No alternative was offered, and we were simply turned away. I contacted corporate about this experience and was issued a complimentary meal voucher as an apology.
Second Visit:
Today, we returned to this location to use the corporate-issued voucher, only to be denied service again. Staff claimed the voucher didn’t work, even though it was directly from Jack in the Box corporate. Once again, we left without being served.
We ended up driving further to another Jack in the Box location, where the staff had no issues at all accepting the exact same voucher.
In both visits, the employees and the manager (whose name I can only recall starting with an “M”) were dismissive and rude. There was no effort made to resolve the issue or provide basic customer service.
While I have reached out to corporate again, I wanted to bring this directly to your attention as the owner/operator of this location. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as it reflects very poorly on your store and the Jack in the Box brand as a whole.

Well, howdy, folks! Your favorite pun-slingin’, burger-lovin’ dad here, fresh off a culinary adventure at the Jack in the Box over at Cherrydale Point! And let me tell ya, this place is truly a cherry on top of the fast-food sundae!
First off, I needed some fuel for my trusty minivan – it was running on fumes, and so was I! Pulled right into the lot, and what do ya know? It was so easy, I thought, “This place really knows how to jack up convenience!” No boxing me in here!
Then, the moment of truth: coffee! Now, I’m a man who appreciates a good cup o’ joe, and this coffee didn’t disappoint. It was so good, it really perked me up! Definitely no grounds for complaint there. I was feeling pretty brew-tiful after that!
Time for the grub! I went for the classic Sourdough Jack – talk about a sandwich that really rises to the occasion! Each bite was a hole lot of deliciousness. My taste buds were doing the happy dance, no loafing around there! And the fries? Oh, they were so good, I couldn’t ketchup with how fast I was eating them! It was truly a fry-tastic experience!
The service? Top-notch, I tell ya! The folks behind the counter were so friendly, they were practically burger-ing me with kindness! They really went the extra mile, and I didn’t feel like I was just another patty in the crowd. They were real stand-up people, not laying around on the job!
And the restrooms? Clean as a whistle! A place where you can really feel re-laxed and not have to hold it in, if you catch my drift. Definitely no stinkers there!
All in all, if you’re ever in the Cherrydale Point area and your stomach is rumbling louder than my dad bod after Thanksgiving, you absolutely HAVE to hit up Jack in the Box. It’s a place that really delivers on flavor and fun. You’ll be saying, “That was a jack-pot meal!” Trust me, you won’t be disap-pointed! This place is a real gem!

I haven’t been to a Jack in the Box that’s been clean in ages. I’m sorry, but this place was dirty as hell. The bathroom was really nasty. There weren’t towels to dry your hands either.
They’ve done away with the customer accessible drink machine. They had sweet tea but said they dont have unsweet tea… You’d think they would have unsweetened tea since they have to brew tea that’s unsweetened and have to add sugar in order to make sweet tea.
We go to Jack in the Box for the tacos. It’s a throwback to our late night drunk binge. Anyway, the tacos were okay. Greasy as always but weren’t hot.

Our server who took our order seemed like he didn’t really want his job . He took our order but couldn’t really answer any questions we asked him about the menu. My little girl ordered the #14 which is nuggets & curly fries & a drink , her fries were old & had been left under the heat lamp for too long & were not good. My food was ok I got the new quad burger combo & my fries were better than the ones that my little girl got . My other half ordered the loaded mini tacos combo & they didn’t even try to make it even close to looking presentable or even close to making it appetizing. The meat on my burger was so thin but at least it was prepared well & not burnt or raw, it was juicy & not dry. My fries were not overly salty they were just right. The dining room needed to be cleaned & tables wiped down & the drink station needed to be cleaned.

Spent almost 20 minutes in the drive thru line when I pulled in there wer only two cars in front of me! Once we got our order the drinks were flat with no ice! They forgot our tacos currently waiting on my tacos now and it’s been over 5 minutes since they pulled me up! This location need to improve of it needs to be shut down!

Customer service was poor, no one greeted us when we came in. When ordering we were rushed and no one was in line or even in the building. My cup was leaking from the bottom and when I asked for a new one eyes were rolled and attitude was given. The restroom wasn’t clean cob webs in the corner of the stall door. No toliet paper.
Personally just don’t do it and keep driving.

The bathrooms were icky. There were no seat liners, the paper towel roll was in the corner on the floor, and I really hope that was hand soap.
The young guy at the front counter was super nice. The food took forever, my Sourdough Jack was not toasted, had Swiss Cheese which refused to melt and a large clump of iceberg lettuce which should not have been on the sandwich.
I feel sorry for the person in the drive-through because the big guy making the burgers coughed a loud wet cough right on the burger.
There should be milkshake prep station… ours were made at the register.
My shoe got stuck to the floor while we waited for our food.
I just feel like I need a tetanus shot.

TERRIBLE! Came to order food around 7pm yesterday to be told “hold on a minute” at the speaker, which is fine. (Even though that’s not customer service, which includes greeting a customer, even in a drive thru) After waiting a few minutes I say “hello” to be ignored, so I sat there for another minute. Then I decided to pull through to see there’s one car at the window, ONE. Jack In The Box needs to do better. Here’s a picture of your employees vehicles, I’d say they need better training. Food is always good, but customer service at the window is not.
