As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I ordered a door dash delivery, and when I tell y’all the neatness of how they set my food up in my bag was everything. & when I taste everything I got literally everything was A1 100% good and tasty. I love every bite of it from my chili dogs , my fish sandwich , my garlic parmesan bacon cheese fries & my strawberry dessert , I don’t know what you call them but they had the surger power on them and omg It was so delicious , well you guys can call me a big back for real lol cause I was not disappointed at all and omg their sweet tea is way better then McDonald’s I love every bit of it , good job to the overnight staff at bailey checkers love it keep working hard you guys doing a great job thank you so much

tried calling 4 times because there’s hairs in my little brothers burger. got it at 11:50 so this review is my reminder to call tomorrow because …how are you in food service and not wearing hairnets. hairnets get made for a reason. put them on or don’t work in food service. simple. simple. simple. and i will be calling tomorrow cuz yea this might seem like a “small thing” – i work in processing. this is no small error. this is straight up disgusting and needs to be solved and CONTROLLED.

Went throught the drive-thru to order for myself and another person. After following the computer voice promts the associate said that double order/payments were not allowed. We placed one order and had to place another for pick up and wait 10 minutes for the second order. When picking up the first order the associate was rude. The food was alright but I wouldn’t come back here. Associates should look up what customer service is and see what it’s like to be polite or courteous.

I can’t rate the atmosphere because it’s a drive thru with very friendly and fast service. You have to try the delicious fish sandwich and cheese burgers. The chicken sandwich is delicious also. Bailey Avenue is a busy stretch and be cautious of other drivers. They love speeding in Buffalo and hardly no braking. I like the location it’s a welcoming neighborhood. Drive cautious and safe.

Multiple hairs in my burger to where i didnt even finish it and gave me a small drink when i ordered a large. I also had an issue a few years ago where there was a screw in my chilli fries and i called corporate and they tried to give me a meal voucher to shut me up. Will never eat here again.

I had an outstanding experience at 1969 Elmwood Ave. Checker’s. Even though I was just visiting the area, I decided to stop by the restaurant. The staff member who assisted me introduced herself as the manager. I was impressed by how immaculately clean the restaurant was even the parking lot was clean – it looked like they had just opened for the day, even though it was already 3 PM. I would give this Checkers location a perfect 10 out of 10 rating!
