We come here because you actually have people working at the counter. Out in the eating area and provide customer service. Do much better than a computer. We won’t go to McDs anymore cuz they only let you talk to a computer monitor – no human contact! Ugh! But Culver’s talks to us in person! Thanks so much!

This is my first review. But I feel the service I got warrants it. I was at the Marshalltown, IA Culver’s where I ordered a single butter burger with cheese and a small mixer in the drive thru. I was asked to pull ahead to wait for my order to be delivered. I waited 20 minutes while watching everyone ahead of me and those who ordered after me get their food. I asked three workers where my order was. “I’ll check on it”. The last time I asked, the worker said something about my order ticket not printing. I still had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my meal. When it was delivered, no apology was offered. Just a lukewarm “have a good night” was said. And there weren’t any napkins in my bag. Bad experience, but I learned my lesson; stick with Chik-Fil-A where they are friendly, fast and they don’t mess things up. And should they ever mess an order up, they own up to it and apologize.

I go to Culver’s all the time because I really enjoy the burgers. This last time I went my partner and I each got a burger basket. Well … we got home and had gone to Culver’s close to closing time, and saw that we only received ONE burger… and it was made incorrectly. I can’t begin to understand how half of an order is forgotten. And when we called they were closed. Now I have to waste my time driving back to get a refund for THEIR mistake. I’m a regular customer. This really sucks to be treated that way. I’m not going to come back if this is how I’m rewarded for being a regular. Not to mention we don’t all have money to just throw around on food we aren’t going to get…

Okay, okay, okay. This was my first Culver’s visit, ever! I tend to opt for privately-owned/mom & pop spots but my boyfriend is a die-hard Culver’s fan so he got me some custard. I will admit…it was pretty scrumptious…perfectly smooth, and not too sweet. The burgers were also pretty fabulous. Would definitely go again…
