Went here to see what hype was. Since the person was standing in the drive thru, I expected Chik fil a type service. No hello, no may I take your order. No how may I help you . He just looked at me. I asked for a burger. The person handing out the food was nicer. Everything came out quickly and it was surprisingly very fresh. Burger was decent and fries were decent.

I came in to get a Double Double no cheese with whole grilled. Adding spread with my own hot sauce. With a bite of pepper. Staff was excellent. Service was fast for the amount of customers already at 10:40 am. I let an elderly lady in front of me as I held the door open for her. She said thanked me, but was stern to the cashier when she ordered. Got my food in about 7 minutes and left. The drive thru needs work though…

In-N-Out services is top tier!! No surprises there. Continued amazing customer service. I tend to go every Sunday after church and the service is always phenomenal. Wait times are minimal. The quality of the food is top tier!!!
They always offer to clean up or see if I need refill. I feel guilty saying yes, but they insist. Thank you! Will always be happy to come here.
Only thing that I would say can improve is this employee that blows smoke from a vape right before entering the back door. Please be aware not everyone wants a huge cloud hovering over them as they enjoy their food outside. Thank you!

I love in & Out. The double double is my go to. They also have an awesome secret menu. The animal style fries with a flying Dutchman on top is really good as well as the animal style burger with mustard fried patties.
