Got an order for 2 happy meals. Was suppose to get a 6 count on one. They use the 6 count box for it has 6 on the box but only got 4. One of the meals was suppose to have double fries and got one fry and 1 apple. Also asked for hot honey snd got honey mustard I called and explained my problems and was told their out of hot honey. I asked why wasnt it communicated with me the guest and he responded it should of been marked unavailable making it unavailable to order and I said well It wasnt snd he said he just got there and doesnt know what happened said sorry and hung up before I could say anything else. Didn’t even say bye. Customer service at this location is bad and they need to read tickets. Everytime i order here it seems something is wrong. Do better. If he would of been a little nicer and atleast said bye. I probably wouldnt be leaving this review

This McDonald’s is somewhere you are always going to have to wait for you food. Every time the past few times I have been there I have been asked to pull forward they are always holding on something. My order wasnt big. It was two McChickens ( this is what I order almost every time I go.) Tonight though I was asked to pull forward as usual and waited for 15 minutes to get my food. I watch a number of cars after me get pulled up too and placed into parking spots to wait on their food. McDonalds I’m sorry you all aren’t getting your food out to your customers quick enough. Don’t pull us forward so you can knock out order off your screen like we have already been served so that y’all can meet the required time for serving someone. It’s a bunch of crap. I even had them completely forget me one time they pulled me up to wait. If they would stop clearing their screens to make them look better and faster than they are they wouldnt be able to forget they had had still not delivered your order to your car because there would be a big red timer text to the order which they were lacking to hand out. My husband put in a mobile order at 10:40 pm, and arrived at the Restaurant at 10:42 pm, we sat in the drive thru for 6-8 minutes with no response, when we drove to the windows both were blocked off. So we went to the front door to go in and it was locked. He knocked at the window and made eye contact with an employee, who just turned around and walked away, we waited outside a while longer and then just finally left. Online it says they close at 11 pm. We’re frustrated cause we don’t even know how to cancel the stupid order and all they would do is ignore us if they had even just told us they closed up early and canceled our order we would’ve been happy but instead they just ignored us and acted like we didn’t exist I had even called the store while we were waiting they answered and proceeded to ignore me even further and then disconnected the phone to where I couldn’t call again. This is so frustrating and such a waist of time and money

Pulled into parking lot yesterday around 4pm and a guy not in uniform was coming out of the dumpster area with trash in his hands . Pulled in and went inside and people scurried into kitchen area pretending not to see us. One worker was wearing sweat pants so dirty it was obvious they hadn’t been washed in days . Then the guy who was dumpster diving was walking around the kitchen area. Couldn’t find one person who didn’t look grungy that I’d want touching my food , that and nobody even bothered to talk to us so we left. Feel bad for people in drive thru with no clue to the grunge preparing their food.

Yo, hit up McDonald’s today—had to grab that quick snack. Service was fast, crew was chill, and the spot was clean. Fries were crispy, burger juicy, and the vibe just right. Real talk, it’s that go-to spot when you hungry and ain’t tryna wait. Always hits without breaking the bank, 10/10 for a fast fix.

Burgers were extremely sloppy and seemed old and not fresh, buns seemed stale and chewy, fries were also cold and extremely chewy, the apple pies were ALSO CHEWY, stale and cold, NOT FRESH by ANY means and they rarely are fresh at this location in my experience, just look at the time stamp on the receipt compared to the “Enjoy By” time printed on the box that you can see in the photos. They charged me $2.00 to add mayonaise to my burgers whereas any other location I’ve been to don’t charge me! I AM NOT HAPPY especially considering I spent almost $13 on food that was absolutely terrible! For that price I could have went across the street to Braums and got better food and a large Shake and I’m pretty sure I would’ve enjoyed it more! This is just one of the many times I have had these kind of issues at this location. The staff is normally always extremely friendly however the food is not great by any stretch of the imagination!

Service at this McDonald’s is great. We live on the other side of town but 606 hasn’t had frappes for weeks so we drove to this one. Had our frappe come out completely liquidy so my boyfriend went inside and the woman at the cashier was very nice, fixed our frappe and gave us a pie. As we are in customer service ourselves we appreciate this!!

My wife and I came from out of town for a doctor’s appt and just needed a quick bite to eat. We used our rewards in the app to get 2 free burgers, a free French fry, and bought a drink. We simply asked for no onions, no cheese, extra mustard and ketchup, and extra pickles on the burgers… all they got right was the no onions and extra sauce parts, but there was still cheese on both burgers and only 2-3 pickles apiece.
Even the receipt says they were supposed to be made the way we asked for them to be made, but they were still messed up .
Needless to say, I hated having to scrap the cheese off my burgers; just wanted to enjoy a free meal for once the way I like it ♂️.
