I MUST say this was an OUTSTANDING Wendy’s dining experience!

FOOD> It was a rainy Sunday and I had chili and baked potato with chives…and half a cookie for dessert
Everything was hot fresh and made quickly! Ample condiments were provided so I didn’t have to go ask for more and I even received crackers for my chilli.
Drinks – easy self serve kiosk

SERVICE> This was service with a SMILE PLUS!!! The sweet Gal who attended to me happened to be outside on break and I was invited back. What a beautiful gesture of kindness

ATMOSPHERE> The owners, managers, and those who are hands on day today in this store EXPLICIFY pride in where they work because this was a spotless, well decorated, and relaxing environment.
They even have high chairs for kids

VALUE> Unbeatable value for the money
And the nostalgia value is PRICELESS
So on the next “chili” day go get some at Wendy’s

If I could give a negative 10 I would!! This is for the people working 2-22-2026 in drive thru around 4:30pm along with the guy manager. The manager hung up on me when I called to ask for a manager to come out where I had been waiting 15 minutes and he talked over me and said they could not and would not give a refund and I would have to call his manager to get a refund??! I have video of it. They degraded and humiliated a disabled person and showed no professionalism. His manager Angela started out acting concerned and “wanted to help” but she has failed to follow through as well. Does anyone have their corporate number, everyone there seems to not know it. Video is going to go viral I hope!!

Updat: today is March 4th and i had called corporate 3 days ago and in turn Angela called me to let me know to stop calling corporate because they had done their part?!?!? I told her we had not received a refund and the rude people were still working there. Look at the recent reviews of this place!!! That many people cant be wrong about this place and the staff members!!

Went through drive through. They had me pull up to wait on food so their drive through numbers wouldn’t look bad. I finally back up back to window to ask status on it. They had attitude and were rude. I didn’t say anything and left it alone. Then another worker opens window with same attitude and said pull up and wait. I said, I have appointment and it’s been 15 minutes I can’t wait, just give me my money back.

She refused and slammed window shut. I sat there dumbfounded and was in process of looking up cooperation number, minute later food was magically ready. I’m typically not one to complain, things can take awhile to cook. However, the attitude and lack of professionalism was terrible. Believe one of the people was manager also!

Never again. Customer service is lacking. Very rude. Got the order drink wrong. I had 4 drinks and asked for a carrier. She claimed they didn’t have any. Had ordered 3 biggie bags and was handed two, asked to pull up to door. I requested receipt and was told it would be in the last bag that was brought out. It wasn’t so I went it in to get it. I wasn’t acknowledged for 5 minutes, when I finally was and requested the receipt, I was told that the drive thru one wasn’t working. Whatever…I should have asked for my money back after seeing the interior. Looked like the door hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. The floor was so sticky, this was not normal sticky. I wanted my receipt because I think I was overcharged. There’s no need to be rude to your customers. If you don’t like your job, find another.

The staff was the was worse I’ve ever encountered, my husband has a accent and the entire staff thought he said sir to a female employee over the drive thru, which he did not, he said yes sweetheart. When we got to the window, the cook told us to apologize to her. They were all at the window, making us feel very threatened. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional for no reason at all. Yelling at us for a miscommunication. Even when we explain the situation to them. Also they wouldn’t give us our money back, because we didn’t feel comfortable to eat food from your restaurant. We felt VERY discriminated and bullied by your ignorant employees. Please look at your cameras 01/9/26 between 9:30-10 pm. Please get back with me on this issue.

Drive thru-Ordered double burger. Also ordered large chili with onions and packets of their hottest sauce and ice tea. Got plain chili, no onions, no sauce, no spoon, no straw, no crackers. And I had to turn around and return since they forgot the tea. Be sure you order specific items like crackers, straw spoon. Be sure to check before you move your car. I’ll take the hit for forgetting the tea but come on.

They are not taking people through the drive thru, so I go in. The host, Jennifer, was rude and didn’t know what she was doing. She charged me for items I didn’t order, I said whatever just give it to me and she caught an attitude. I ordered a fusion frosty, she tried to give me the wrong one, I said no thats not what I ordered, she gets a manager and the manager looks at the screen and says I only want what I ordered. So she makes the frosty again but doesn’t do it right, I said that’s still not right but I have to go. She said that’s how it’s made with a horrible attitude. A few customers walked out because the service is horrible. We need to be better in this world!

They don’t acknowledge customers, but! Certain ones. They make you feel very unease, I have gotten several drinks from there and the drinks tasted funny like the drink machine hadn’t been cleaned or something wasn’t clean about the drinks. I just don’t recommend anyone eat at this place

Today my sister and I ordered 2 kids meals from the Wendy’s in Mauldin on North Main Street. When my sister lifted her fries out of the bag they had a hair rapped around them (2 pictures provided). When we notified the manager she told us at least twice that none of her employees had hair like that. Don’t eat at the Wendy’s on Main Street in Mauldin unless you want to be accused of putting your own hair in food and or want to eat Wendy’s employees hair with your food!
