As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Didn’t get what I ordered, despite saying it 3 times. No pretzel bun, nor the bbq version of the sandwich. I was given $3.00 when my correct change was $4.03. I asked the cashier for the dollar and he acted like I was a pain in the butt. He didn’t even question that the change was wrong; making me think that it is a constant issue at that location.

There was snot in my milkshake.
I wasn’t rude or anything to the employee and I haven’t had this issue at this restaurant before so I’m sure it was an accident. Still a pretty gross accident though, I drank out of this cup before realizing it was there. I went back to get a different milkshake(milkshake was good) no apology or nothing they just gave me another one. Which is whatever, I honestly just wanted a milkshake.
probably wouldn’t come here again though which is a shame cause the food is normally decent. But the whole experience just kind of ruined this location for me. The fries slap hard though.

I don’t eat the food here ever, it’s only made me sick. However, I love a nerds slushy. The only issue is, they keep putting less and less nerds every time I get one. I will try another location, but sucks to waste gas going further.

I was at the V. Odem location about a week ago (March 2025) and got food poisoning. Needless to say, NO MORE RALLY’S EVER.

My guy and I always get shakes that are half strawberry and half banana, but these people at this location don’t seem to be able to grasp that as a concept.
I got an order of chicken bites and as you’ll see in the pix, there weren’t even a handful of them in the carton!! They were also cold and rubbery.
If there were other late night options, we’d stop going to Rally’s all together. We will from now on be going the extra miles to the Waterloo location.

horribly rude staff. was working as a delivery driver and when the women greeted me at the walk up window and i told her that i was picking up an order, her response was “well it’s not ready”. her tone was super uncalled for.

Didn’t get what I asked for. I clearly asked for a double fish sandwich why did I get chicken, asked for the sprite with no ice came with ice, asked for a XL fry and didn’t get my order. I’ve very much irritated because I did not get what I asked for. I should not always have to check my bag before I leave the drive thru because my order should be right the first time. Very disappointed.
