The photo shows what I got for a $15 meal. I’m missing a tender and the tenders have nearly no meat and are basically just crispy. I never have written a review on Google before for a place but I can’t even get the store on the phone to see if we can correct this. The chicken was hard, cold, mainly crispy with barely any meat, one “tender” if you wanna call these scraps a actual tender was hard and cold and was tail thin, while the biscuit also was hard as a scone or perhaps a brick as it defiantly had been made HOURS earlier. Red beans and rice were always good. but c’mon I can’t even get y’all on the phone to try and work stuff out? Like shoot I’m easy to please you just had to answer the phone.

I placed an online order for delivery on 10/12/25, yes my Order was delivered in less than 25 minutes, but to get my order missing. I ordered 4pcs chicken meal instead I only received 3pcs of chicken. The disappointing part was the chicken was burnt and seem like it was fried with old oil. The meat was still pinkish inside. I told a small piece of crust and it tasted bitter. I tried calling the restaurant but it just went to a busy signal all day, all night. I tried calling again 10/13/25 but still the same, busy signal! Maybe the restaurant don’t take incoming calls. I felt I was cheated. My coworkers and I visited this location for lunch. We ordered a large 3 piece tender meal, a 5 piece tender meal, and a wing meal. Upon opening her potatoes, my coworker found a bug in her mashed potatoes. This is unbelievable and very nauseating. We are so disgusted!

They need a 0! Worse location ever I, will pass it just to go to a different location. It needs to be shut down. They block the drive thru just to make things easier for them and then when I requested to speak to a manager she would not even come out and speak with me. They would not provide corporate’s number I was just now with an attitude. All while having a child that just had surgery with me.

I was excited to try the fnaf box but didn’t even get the Freddy boxes. My cheesy bites had no cheese in them. The customer service was horrible. I waited at the register for about 10 mins before someone came up to me.

Got in line at Popeyes yesterday at 6:30. Didn’t leave until 7:15. There were only 4 people in front of me. The lady at the drive-thru window was very rude and put me on hold for 10+ minutes. I ordered my food and waited until I got to the window. The only reason I didn’t leave early, was because I was trapped. Once I got to the window, the guy (who was very nice) said they didn’t have my drink of choice. He gave me my food and they gave me the wrong food. I ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. But they charged me for it, but they gave me the one without the bacon and cheese. I would like to be compensated for this mistake. Please, Popeyes, make this right.

“Avoid this location” this place is not as good as it used to be. Sad realy. $13 for a Three-piece mixed and i ended up with 3 tiny little wings. The employee moral is obviously poor here, ice machine dont work, coke was flat, now straws or napkins out.

absolutely a shame to whoever is the General manager for this popeyes. These two shift leads are who they have running a fast food restaurant. Both workers were very rude and laughing around when I asked for their names. I placed my order at the speaker on January 5,2025 around 7pm. I waited 7 mins at the speaker before someone came to take my order, only for me to get to the window & the girl with orange-red hair says they are out of chicken and it will be a 45 minute wait, way after I paid my money. I asked for a receipt, she then says that the receipt machine is down and slammed the window in my face. The guy in the back just sat there & laughed while I was getting treated unfairly. Also, those tongs in her hand fell on the ground and she picked them back up and started prepping food for other customers. I simply just drove off and took my L. They can keep the money, the bad food, horrible attitudes, no customer service, no respect for hardworking Americans spending their money. I don’t understand how they are still in business, all these negative reviews and seems like noone is doing anything about it. This popeyes is ran poorly and need a whole new team. Smh do better Waxahachie!!!!

In the past for this location I would have left a 1 star but recently they’ve turned it around. My food is always correct, and drinks aren’t flat anymore. The wait times used to be an hour in the parking lot waiting for your food and that’s not the case anymore. I do hope the owner puts an awning cover over the menu for drive thru because of the weather. But everything else is now great. Used to drive all the way to Mansfield for Popeyes and we live close to this location in Waxahachie. Im happy to say everything is better and glad the old staff is no longer around.
