I waited about 20 minutes in the drive through before getting to the order box. When I did, I was hungry and wanted to add an item to my mobile order. I knew I would have to pay for it separately and was ready to do so. However, the worker taking my order told me they had a policy of “one order per car.” I could see that the car ahead of me had had a nearly fifty dollar order and with the veggie pizza I wanted to add my order would have come to about $20. There are three other fast food options within 5 minutes on this side of the street, and I could see that both Wendy’s and BK had their lines moving faster as well.
In summary, I wouldn’t bother going to a place where the service is slow and they are allergic to making a profit.

I placed an online order 20 minutes in advance, and when I arrived at the store, I still had to wait over 25 minutes for them to prepare my food. Inside the restaurant there is barely any service, the employees seem to prioritize only the drive-thru and spend time talking to each other instead of helping customers. Very disorganized and no consideration for people who order ahead.

I pre ordered through the app almost half an hour in advance, thinking it would be ready when I got there. I was with two friends who had a mobile order as well. We get to the drive thru and it was very busy which was understandable, but the line was moving very slow. We finally get to the window and they show the wrong order for me on the screen. Told them the correct name and they said to come to the window. They handed my friends their food then shut the window while we sat there for literally 20+ minutes. They were clearly ignoring us and then said they didn’t have my order. Showed them my phone with the “Order Placed” and the exact address right under it. I never got my money back and I never got my food. Also to mention the workers were all on their phones the entire time which also is probably why the service was so slow.

They replaced the drive-thru with an AI chatbot that hassles you to order online. I won’t be back until this AI garbage is gone. It’s a shame, because the staff was doing a great job at this location, but I guess Taco Bell wants to pretend the store is run by robots.

Pretty good! Very clean establishment, would go here again.. although there is only touch screen to order inside which makes me sad. Not a fan of this ordering method at all. If you make the effort to get out of your car and go inside, think customers deserve to speak to a real employee / ask fun questions.. you know, the human experience?

40 mins wait time for delivery drivers, this location needs a corporate audit and their franchise needs to be taken away. a worker says in Spanish ” i’m afraid to call a supervisor ” when asked for a manager – only two workers preparing online and lobby orders, this location priorities drive-thru and even them are getting a bottleneck’ed and behind the orders with drive-thru having 10-15 cars in line. this location needs to be re-trained and better staffing, half of staff needs to be fired. Taco bell corporation will be notified, audit this place on the evenings and weekends.

Yall need to examine your cooks. I seen the most inconsistent food come from this taco bell. The Salem Taco Bell is way better . I hate when my food comes from here because it’s like food roulette. It’s either the portion , the sloppy build . The horrible over meal job. Is the issue.

I customize my orders for a reason. Yet I get the works on everything I order. Unfortunate really because it tells the customers that you have all of these menu items premade and sitting under a heating unit instead of making to order. I could go on but you get it

The whole AI ordering thing takes away from the experience and it often time gets things wrong. The burritos were awesome as is normally the case, though, we had to guess which was which. The atmosphere felt computerized and the workers seemed stressed. They were busy, but it was a good place to stop.

Went there for a regular combo meal and it’s took over 20 minutes with no customers. Manager looked like he wasn’t doing his job neither did the employee. Both had terrible attitudes so I simply got a refund. Don’t trust anyone making my food that don’t like there job.
