Stopped by this location to grab lunch one day and got home and my chicken looked spongy with little holes all in it like it was glued together or something. I purchased the chicken tenders and all four pieces looked like this. It grossed me out so bad and I was already too far away to return to the store to ask for replacement, didn’t really want a replacement at this point. Not sure what was wrong with the chicken but it should’ve never been served this way to begin with. Need more supervision and oversight concerning food quality.

From first opening to now this cookout is going downhill. I’m not surprised by the business they get and having to wait an amount of time. But when things are just thrown together that you pay hard earned money for it is disappointing. I wish I was joking when I say my fries weren’t even cooked all the way. It started with the wrong order being handed out the window to me. I guess from there my food was just thrown together to get me going. Poor guy at the window was apologetic and said it has been a long day. My wrap also felt pretty light just turns out it was half ass put together as well. Not to mention the extremely overcooked burger and chicken wrap that had onions on it.

First time going this new location might be last (probably not ) just wanted to share this. I preferred a small burger try mustard chilli slaw No onions. I get lettuce tomato pickle and the size of the patty is pathetic! My Girlfriends shake and foods great though!

The wait is over and well worth it! Went during lunch and the line was long but went fast. Food was on point and hot, a little pricey but what isn’t these day. Very good!

Today I found this piece of wire in my hamburger. Be very careful at this store. I went back and they offered to return my money or remake my food. I really wouldn’t eat at this place again. The manager on duty returned my money and was very kind.

I’m an avid cookout eater. This location is not hitting the mark. The tenders seem rubbery and not crunchy crust like I’m used to. The burgers are meh I’m used to the nice charbroiled meat that cookout is known for but this one it’s like they just rush the meat, half the time I have to question if it’s even done. I’ve put off leaving this review as I kept telling myself it was just a bad time/night. But this is roughly the 10th time and it’s consistently bad. The sweet tea is good and 8 out of 10 times the white cheddar cheese bits have been good. I was super excited to finally get a cookout in town but now I’m honestly just getting turned off of cookout. This is highly disappointing being a brand new store. Hopefully things third around because I’m someone who could eat cookout every day.

Moved from Pa to NC. No Cook Outs in Pa. It’ll probably be a long time before I go to the competitor’s. The burgers were full of flavor & juicy. Service was good & the milkshakes are like no other.
