Ordered through my App. today. I am allergic to dill. So I ordered with no pickles. Get back to work to sit down and eat. Even the sticker on the wrapper says no pickles. So now I have 2 hamburger that can go in the garbage. I won’t have lunch because I can’t go back. If people can’t read and understand English. They don’t need to be working with food for other people. Now I won’t order from this spot anymore.

Waited FOREVER in line and at the window. Sitting at 2nd window for almost 8 min while watching my frosty sit there and melt. Finally get someone to open the window and practically threw my bags at me and shoved my drinks towards me said nothing and closed the window. Poor customer service all around. Then find out they forgot my dipping sauce, crackers, spoons and hot sauce for chili, my straws and no napkins!

Wendy’s really was a great place to enjoy a fresh burger… However the really long wait for food and then the food being cold and the bad attitude with the employees makes for a miserable experience. Going somewhere else from now on.

The food is usually nice and hot. Orders are correct most of the time. Drive thru wait times can be long. But I’d prefer the drive thru over dining in anytime. The staff isn’t welcoming. They’re not friendly at all. It’s also kinda dreary inside…lights are dim.
