I was staying at a hotel, maybe a mile away. I ordered nachos… figured it was easy, right?! I got, quite possibly, the most disgusting thing I’ve ever been served as food. I think the white stuff is cheese. They put the nachos in two separate containers. The meat in one, guacamole in the other. The order smelled sour, I couldn’t eat it. The lemonade was good though. Best of luck if you order food here, and don’t check the reviews… I leaned my lesson!

Great food and the waitress was awesome. I had the steak and shrimp mashed potatoes, my son had a huge bacon burger and fries he loved the pretzel sticks. And my boyfriend had the ribeye he liked the green beans and mitts sticks. Oh and we tried the Christmas theme margaritas mine was green something sleigh in the name it’s very good, and my boyfriend had red I can’t remember the name both were good but the green one was better

BRING YOUR ID IF YOU WANT A DRINK!! Fine place except it’s ridiculous when you are over 70 and still have to show ID before they’ll serve you alcohol! It seems somebody on premises would be able to okay an exception. My wife didn’t have her ID and they wouldn’t serve her. 76 years old, but nope. Ridiculous!!

Had a great lunch and great service! Started with some chips and queso dip and kids had Mac & Cheese with fries. We split a Strawberry Chicken Salad! The host sat us quickly & the ambiance was great! Clean and efficient. Close to the interstate & shopping! Gasoline all near. Stop by and support them!

If I could give zero stars I would. Came to visit family for the holidays, long story short we ended up getting food after shopping we got sat with Ashley, she was rude and make snarky remarks, the people we were with got the slim dip and couldn’t even make it to the car before they had to use the bathroom if you know what I mean, Ashley legit told us she was leaving our food to sit in the window and proceeded to disappear they had no Parmesan for me salad but had some for the crusty pasta they tried to serve me (the pasta was dried like it sat out for a while) I left a review as well as the other people j was with we paid the bill and tipped Ashely we then got a call saying we would be getting full refused well it’s been 2 weeks and nothing. Just don’t eat here

Went for 1/2 priced apps, staff was more worried about blaring rap music over the speakers and dancing and singing than they were anything else…food was lukewarm when it finally came 35 mins after we ordered it. Will not be back at the Kanawha city location.

Usually a great time. The service is pretty good, but nobody can keep up with Bonita! She makes sure that you have a great meal. The food here is mostly fantastic, and have had some of the best steak cooked here. At the same time, I have gotten a few mess-ups. But they are always willing to fix mistakes, so I can’t take them down for that one! The place is generally clean and most of the staff is friendly, but again Bonita makes that place run behind the scenes! I usually like my steak Medium for comparison in the photo (they got it right on) Keep up the good work!

Worst draft beer I’ve ever had…and I’m including Mexico and other dodgy spots in the mix. Food was good (had the classic combo), but their Miller Lite draft was horrible. Asked the bartender for a Bud Light and she knew where I was going with it and said it would taste the same.. which was really bad. I’m guessing there’s mold in the lines. Didn’t really taste like beer.

I ordered delivery. The food was fine, but they did not send the utensils that I requested. In a hotel and hard to eat without them. I called and mentioned it to the manager and with no apologies she said “What do you want me to do?” I said I can’t eat without them and I asked again to get some. She made another snotty remark after I suggested that when people order for delivery and request silverware, that they provided it. She said “Ugh” and I hung up. I don’t care how good the food is, if they are snotty I will NEVER recommend them
