We got two Italian Beef Dip Sandwiches and they were AMAZING! Arby’s Roast Beef, Swiss Cheese, on a toasted Sub Bun with Pickled Spicy Vegetable Giardiniera and a side of au-ju for dipping. Curly Fries rounded our meal!

It’s a shame, the ladies that work at this location are absolutely wonderful but the atmosphere is clouded by an incredibly rude “manager” named Nate. After spending $100 on food for my family he was rude not only to me but also was berating other employees in front of customers. We come here once every week or two as a treat for our family but unfortunately we will not return if or when Nate is working. I do not appreciate being screamed for asking a question.

Sara meet us at counter as we entered. She was very professional and polite. She took our order for 5 very hungry individuals and got every part of our order correct. The lobby was nice and clean. The fries definitely had way to much salt on them but that’s the only complaint I have

The food was horrible. The fries were cold and only half full. I got the brisket and beef Hawaiian they didn’t put any beef this big, sliced brisket thinner than usual. There was pretty much nothing on the sandwich just the bread very little meat I asked for a Coke it tasted like they gave me Diet Coke that was water down I would never go to that Arby’s again, I guess some are better than others

5 Stars across the board! My family and I were taking a drive across town and needed to use the bathroom, which is hard to find public restrooms, so we decided to stop and grab a bite to eat while we were at it. This Arby’s was extremely clean and well decorated & the staff was superb. Food was fresh and came out quickly. Other Arby’s locations should use this as an example of how to run a food establishment correctly. Thank you Englewood Arby’s for the pleasant experience!
