Terrible management on duty and staff and to hate their job. No customers in site in drive thru or inside. There was 3 people in my party and we needed a moment at the drive thru. Not even a minute went by and it went from a girl starting to take my order to the manager coming on and saying “y’all running up my drive thru time”. After paying we were told to pull up by the door and they’ll bring out the food. 10 mins went by and I went inside to no customers, none in drive thru and the front end staff leaning on the fry station watching the manager make my 3 sandwiches. After my bags were handed to me I checked for accuracy, it’s been 15 min by now. Fries and nuggets have been in the bags and are cold and spilled all inside each bag with sandwiches dropped on top. I let the manager know of their lack of professionalism and asked for fresh fries. I was told “I told them to give you fresh fries, I was making your sandwiches “. 5 mins later (total of 20), I left with my 3 biggie bags. Never again.

On our way to a concert we stopped at this Wendy’s location to grab a bite to eat. We are from out of town so this was our first time eating at this Wendy’s. The food was hot and fresh and was some of the best we have ever had at any Wendy’s. The manager and the employees were very nice and welcoming. The bathrooms were also clean. My husband enjoyed it so much he went back during the concert and got more food.

Websites used to look like a high end coffee shop. This one looks like it never went though that transition. It looks unkept and left behind. No wall art lighting or color differences in walls or art. Empty room with chairs and tables. Anyway. Nothing else was wrong. Staff was really nice and good tastes good!

Man, I don’t know what’s going on at this Wendy’s, but what they served me was wildly unacceptable. The fries were straight black, like they been sittin’ in the same dirty oil since last month. The smell alone had me backing up, and the taste? Bro, it was like biting into burnt motor oil.
Ain’t no way y’all thought this was okay to hand to a paying customer. That kitchen needs a serious wake-up call, ’cause this was disgusting, sloppy, and straight disrespectful.
Couldn’t even finish one fry — it legit made my stomach turn.
Until y’all fix whatever mess is happening back there, I’m definitely not coming back.

Bad Times
Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Older lady helping at the window seemed bothered by me letting her know I didn’t get my fry’s then asking for a straw for my drink then slammed the window. Don’t know what I did but that older lady needs an attitude check and some better training. It’s not my fault she works there lol maybe pick a more suitable career. Terrible service overall go somewhere else unless you are very desperate for some food.

So I came on today and soon as I walked in there two bitter older lady’s that’s in there 60’s. One is name Linda B I’m thinking she had the twist. I didn’t get the other lady name but anyway. Walked in judged me started taking my order , started asking about my nails oh it must cost alot , advised her in practicing on my nails I did it. Calls the other lady she look ooo I like them her nails done to. Boom get my food leave I’m half way to where I need to go. They give me a Asiago chicken sandwich I ordered a single no onion. I turn around because I am hungry and when I walk in the two bitter older ladys hekke laughing” oh what’s wrong with her sandwich no onion and start laughing so I show them the sand which slightly toss my receipt a little and she throws it back look at the sandwich and sayyy oh it’s a Asiago they laugh again the lady with the twist standing where I can’t see her but I’m watching make sure they don’t mess with my sandwich. The nice Spanish lady fixed it not mad at her she did her job but then I leave which my fault for leaving but when I go to eat again. I had onion on my sandwich and I have an allergy so I didn’t eat the sandwich and wasted my money. My point is employees aren’t there to judge other people , there to work. They did all that laughing and whatever else but couldn’t read and get the sandwich right. Make it make sense. Thank you have a great day

I tried to find a way to find a way to send a comment to Wendy but couldn’t. I stopped by this location at 845 at night, went in just because I wasn’t feeling drive thru and so glad I did! The manager Neal, cut up and laughed, had a good time not only with us but with other employees and customers that came in. He truly makes everyone smile and feel at home. Best Wendy’s experience you could ask for!! I’m in Raleigh for work tomorrow and I would recommend anyone to chose this Wendy’s! Great Job Neal!!!
