The place is chill and food tasted great . Overall quality is real good and the chips they gave to us until our sushi is prepared was a nice gesture . I would criticize the service a bit like they will keep you waiting unnecessarily even tho they are alot(more than the customers themselves). Oh and the place is small and cant have much customers so make sure to call beforehand to not go in the waiting list before u can get ut.

Honestly one of the best sushi places I’ve tried! Everything tasted super fresh, and the rolls were really delicious. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. That’s why I keep coming back.

Unfortunately the sushi served was not fresh like many other branches! The pieces were quite rice-heavy compared to their overall size! The jalapeño served on top of the sushi lacked freshness, with an off flavor and overly soft texture, suggesting prolonged storage in liquid. The entrance door wasn’t clean at all and that initial detail made the start of the visit feel a bit off already.

This place by far is the best sushi I had in Cairo. Its quality is outstanding for the price too. And I appreciate the selection variety and the service. The waiter Seif is amazingly helpful and prompt. I wait for him always to serve me.
The music is also amazing and creates a nice ambiance.
My only comment is that it gets noisy with loud speaking kids. But other than that, I highly recommend it for any sushi lover.

We like this place. Sometimes sushi has to much mayo or sauce so with time you learn to choose better as they have many many choices. We like to dine in and also delivery 🙂 Service in place is not top, usually nice and friendly but also slow and forgetful, even with not many customers around. They have forgotten to serve us the courtesy shrimp chips a couple of times

Extremely disappointing experience. My order took more than 90 minutes to arrive, and when it finally did,The quality was meh alot of sauce on everything and definitely not worth the wait or the price. I will not be ordering from here again.

The place is very cozy , spotted at a very unique spot at maadi, food as usual very delicious and portions are really good
But , there is no waiting area at all, yet there is a very long waiting list! stuff yes professional but not that friendly comparing to other branches I went to!
And I really didn’t like the idea that they make us wait till they call others on waiting list while we were the only people out there standing for more than 30 minutes waiting for a table!
I was glad that there is a bathroom at that branch but it wasn’t clean at all!
I won’t deny I loved how cozy that branch is comparing to other branches , specially it’s near by my home; but the stuff & the bathroom will make reconsider going there again though
Generally Garnell will be always my favorite sushi spot ✌

Absolutely loved Garnell Sushi in Maadi! The sushi was super fresh, flavors were amazing, and the presentation was perfect. The staff were friendly and the vibe was very nice. Definitely coming back again!

We had a great experience at Maadi branch with Abdelrahman. It was full when we arrived and we had to wait for a table for 30 mins. The staff is very attentive but the branch was unfortunately a bit crowded and loud. While the service was a bit slow but the staff seemed like genuinely doing their best to provide the best experiences
