We serve a selection of wines but highly recommend our house wine which is young yet superbly balanced.

We visited Swiss Butter in Jal El Dib for lunch. As usual, the place was crowded and we were told there would be a 20‑minute wait. We decided to stay. This wasn’t our first visit, so we knew what to expect. While waiting, I noticed a ramp installed on the stairs, presumably for wheelchairs which is very considerate, unless it’s used for transporting supplies.

The server informed us about their specials:
– Aged beef filet for an additional $4 over the regular filet
– Australian Angus ribeye for $33

We ordered one regular ribeye, two aged beef filets, and the Australian Angus ribeye. We asked for everything medium rare, except the ribeye, which we requested medium well. The server reassured us that as long as it wasn’t cooked well‑done, the meat should remain tender.

We also ordered orange juice and a few soft drinks. Despite the crowd, the food and drinks arrived in a reasonable time.

The Australian Angus ribeye was fairly good and definitely more flavorful than the filets, although some pieces were still a bit chewy. The aged filets were somewhat chewy as well and not as tender as expected. The regular ribeye, however, was very chewy.

We informed the manager, who immediately told us not to worry and took the ribeye plate back to the kitchen. He promised to bring a more tender cut. It took around 20 minutes, but the replacement was noticeably better.

On the positive side, the french fries were excellent, the sauce was delicious, and the orange juice was fresh and enjoyable.

Overall, I left a bit disappointed with the tenderness of the meat and the wait time, especially considering the price point. I would have given the experience 4 stars, but the inconsistency in meat quality brings it down.

The place is so nice and the food is great the only factor that may be negative is that since it is always crowded there is always a wait time to find a table. However, the staff is welcoming and professional, the food is good, and the service is fast paced. The waiters always ask about any allergies and make sure to explain the menu well and give you detailed information on what type of meat and ingredients are used.

I like the consistency of the brand u get the same taste everywhere, the meal is affordable but they can work more on their dessert .
Nb when I asked to double my fries they did not explain that I would be loosing the salad so instead of getting me the normal salad portion that come with the plate they charged me an extra salad ‍♂️

We had a really great experience at your restaurant, and I especially want to highlight your waiter, Joe. He was extremely professional from the moment we arrived until we left. He was attentive without being intrusive, very polite, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.
Joe was also very helpful when we had questions about the menu and gave excellent recommendations. His positive attitude and respectful manner truly made a difference in our visit. Staff members like him are a big reason customers want to come back.

We had dinner at Swiss Butter and overall it was a good experience. My two sisters loved the place, they ordered the beef fillet and the salmon, and absolutely fell in love with the entrecôte sauce. Personally, I’m not a big fan of the sauce, and I asked for my steak medium-well, but it was a bit tough and hard to chew. That being said, the service was excellent and the ambiance was very pleasant.
Melina was great, super professional and always smiling, really made the experience nicer.

Not sure what it is about this place that always keeps me coming back. Not a lot of items on the menu but their signature plates are good enough for me. Personally, I love the chicken platter and the fries are incredible and don’t get me started about their secret sauce. They also serve my favorite Pain Perdu of all time! My suggestion for them is to add more choices of sauces but they set the bar high on their standard sauce already so they really need to come up with something very special for people to try. Also, it’s always very crowded no matter what time of day it is but that’s fine I guess.

The sauce… The sauceee is everything. I love restaurants with such simple concepts and menus with few items which almost certainly means every dish will be made to perfection. The steak was beefy and tender the chicken was a bit on the dry side. Loved the side salads and fries are perfecto. As for pricing its quite fair considering quality / price. Id avoid busy times or you’ll end up waiting for up to 40 minutes
