My boyfriend and I usually go really late at night. I’ve found that when we go to restaurants in late hours, the servers and staff are very slow, and a little rude. Thats not the case here.
One server in particular- Ashley- was incredibly kind; and the food came out almost immediately. She was very quick with refills, appetizers, food, and sauces. I have certain preferences with my food, and she was very understanding and my food came out correctly. She was great!
Also- every time we’ve come here, it’s very clean, very quiet, and food comes out instantly. The wait time is less than a minute to get in, even if you have a big party.
Every server I’ve had is insanely sweet, and everyone who works here is very friendly and good at their job.

Ihop has come a long way from a couple years ago. The new manager is doing a great job turning things around. Food is on spot, no heat lamping. Service has been good, even when busy. They have some good meal deals going on, which keeps me coming in more often. All the servers are friendly and serve with smiles. I try to go often.

In national pancake day, pancakes are supposed to be free till 8pm and we have gone to the highland Dr location and for the second year now we have arrived at 7 pm and we have been told we weren’t getting any pancakes due to “Lack of staff” why is it on the one day of the year these people get more customers that they understaffed? I wouldn’t have bothered posting the review if it wasn’t something that has happened for two straight years and we were also told there was no more plates or silverware seriously?

From the moment we walk in, she greets us with a genuinely friendly smile and makes us feel immediately welcome. Her service is consistently outstanding, attentive without ever feeling rushed, thoughtful and incredibly professional. What truly sets Ashley apart is that she always remembers us and even remembers our usual orders, which makes every visit feel personal rather than routine.
She manages a busy dining room with ease, stays positive no matter how hectic things get and somehow makes every table feel like a priority. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does and genuinely cares about her guests.
Ashley is an absolute asset to this IHOP. If every server delivered the level of care, consistency and warmth that she does, the bar for customer service everywhere would be much higher. We appreciate her more than she probably knows and hope management recognizes just how special she is!

I’ve been coming to IHOP for about the last four years. Not on a consistent basis once every two weeks. Service is always been great. Super I’m Impress with the service. Especially one waitress named Mariana. Quick with a smile, very polite. But they’ve always been kind, attentive and very personable.

Ashley was so sweet and paid attention to very detail of our order. She made sure our food came out expeditiously and kept up with us while still helping her other clients in the area. If I could give more than five stars I would definitely. And I will be coming back to this location again!
