If your idea of a good time is waiting forever and having all under 17 years old staff mess up the orders, then this is your spot. A positive is if you get the correct items, the food is usually good. Other than the Hardee’s down the street run usually by people on work release, it is one of the worst restaurants in a ten mile radius. (The Culver’s is a much better option and is my go to.)

I just sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes waiting on a singular cheeseburger and 2 medium fries. And the sad part- I ordered and paid for my food all within 2 minutes. I spent about 15 minutes between the pay window and the pickup window. Then the lady had the audacity to ask me to pull forward. I waited another 15 minutes there then I eventually just went in for a refund. Then some girl tried to get my order together really quick and I said “no I’m good, I just want to go home at this point” then she threw my bag of food and said to the shift manager “well guess she doesn’t want her food now”. Nope you’re right wanted it 30 minutes ago.. There was someone there waiting for a DoorDash order that said he had been there for over an hour waiting on it. Poor management and ridiculous attitudes of staff members.

So…do condiments come out of the employees’ pay now, or is it just painful to reach for a BBQ sauce? Sorry it was such an inconvenience to the female working the 2nd window. It’s not like the 13 minute wait time between customers, (we were in between the 2 windows, so I’d already paid) was so exhausting, you were wore out from that extra stretch to the BBQ sauce location. Clearly it wasn’t the order of a cheeseburger “with ketchup & mayonnaise only” instead of the 1 we received with ketchup, mustard & pickle, that was so tiring.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Went through drivethru and paid $4 for a large fry, opened the bag and it was only half full. Took it inside to question it and asked for a new full order and the manager brings me back a new fry. One small shake and they all fall to the bottom, clearly another half order. Manager then tells me “that’s 6 oz and we dont shake the fries down like that” . I told her if she didnt want to make it right, thats fine I’ll contact the manager, to which she replied “thats fine, I am the GM and my name is Barb”. Worst customer service ever, Barb!
