The Ichiban Story As veterans of the food service industry, siblings Kam and Ling Ngai knew what they wanted to do with Ichiban Brand. The restaurant was to be simple, clean, open. My father and I enjoyed our lunch date on Thursday, June 5, 2025. I ordered hibachi shrimp and steak with a side of noodles. The cook was very entertaining and did an excellent job. The portions were HUGE. It is honestly worth the price and you will have leftovers.

I went there to eat alone and the food was ok my waitress never came back to see if I needed anything or a refill. The lady that seated me set me next to a party of about 15 and they were very very loud. And then she seated another party of 9 next to me so the noise was too much…I couldn’t even enjoy myself. I will never come back to this location

I have been to this place three times. Personally, I am not a fan of buffets and have come here with group events. There are a variety of different options so you can definitely find something to eat. It is vegetarian friendly and they have assorted pastries, ice cream and fruits for dessert. The Mississippi sushi roll is quite tasty. I don’t think I would come here for a meal personally but if I had to come here with a group events I guess I wouldn’t mind.

We’ve eaten here at least a dozen times in the past year. We travel from Texas and it’s the best Asian Buffet by far we’ve ever had.

Great spot for a family meal or group outing! The food is always fresh and tasty, and we never have to wait long, which is a big plus. My family loves the variety, especially the sushi section. It’s nice being able to try different rolls without worrying about the price. The cost is very reasonable for the large variety of food they offer. Definitely one of our go-to buffet places!

First time ever going here. I decided to go with the to-go option. This was towards the end of their lunch time, probably about 30 minutes before they were going to close. The food selection was the general run of the mill for a buffet. The only thing that I found different and very good was a curry chicken that they had. Most of it was already gone, so I only got a few pieces. Everything else was pretty good. It was just slightly on the higher end of what I would pay for a buffet, but it was good, and the food was hot. They do have a larger selection than most places, though. If you didn’t know, the to-go option is paid by the pound and is currently 5.99 a lb. I’ll definitely come back again.

This used to be my all time fav place to visit when I came to town. But unfortunately they raised their prices and lowered their quality. There is now more rice than sushi on each sushi roll and instead of actual rice noodles, they use spaghetti noodles in the lo mien.
