Not all IHOP locations are the same. If you are expecting a clean restaurant this isn’t the location for you. I decided to give it a second try after a less than great first visit. They were not busy so I figured it might be a better experience. The table was dirty and their table advertisements were covered in good residue. I received leftover silverware from the previous diner with no form in it and the coffee pot was also covered in good residue. I’ve been fooled twice by this location and will not be returning here again.

Okay so after 2 separate and only times I have been here in person with my kids and 1 pick up order today for my kids, I cannot impress upon the owners enougg that this place needs to close the doors and do a massive deep clean and revamp. How this place is passing any codes is beyond me at this point. I have never gotten a clean table and seating. Service seats you eventually takes your order and might get your food to you after a good amount of waiting if you remind them. Then you will never see them again until they randomly bring a bill. I ordered out today, I ordered chocolate chip pancakes that had burned chocolate on them and they put a cup of chocolate chips I guess to make up for it. Who knows. These jokers didn’t have the food ready for another 10 minutes after the pick up time, but I got to hear all about everything they wanted to announce to anyone in ear shot. While waiting I got to see the build up on all the surfaces from anything and everything that has graced their presence here. Its like the only ones working are the cooks but then again I haven’t been back there so I can’t say too much about that outside of the food mess up today. The only time we had good service was at almost 10 at night coming back from a trip the first visit.

No waitress, customers that were seated after us were waited on and received their food way before we did. No silverware, no syrup at table. Worse experience ever, they were out of chicken fried steak. Out of chicken stripe ect…. no lids for to go boxes.

Never a let down coming here! Food is always quick to come out and consistently delicious. Service is swift. Dining area is well maintained and nicely lit. My last visit I had Alissa as my server and she was consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. Awesome server that really seemed to put in effort and elevated my experience. Will definitely be continuing to come here for late night breakfast

We haven’t been to this IHOP in a hot minute but tonight we came in and Phoenix served us with 5 star energy she was super sweet and attentive, made sure we had our coffee and all the creamers. Definitely will be coming back and hoping we get her again! Give this girl a raise

Never coming here again. Everytime its been a bad experience(small town problems). We waited for like 40 mins and never got our food, spoke to the manager he stated the waitress was new; which is understandable but also stated “your food is being remade right now”. Right now? Its only 2 of us and its been 40mins, simple crepe combo and hasbrowns and sausage links. Nobody said anything, nobody checked on us. We left hungry, unsatisfied, and disappointed.

pretty disappointed. usually love an ihop trip but this one just wasn’t it. I believe our servers name was kim. We got sat in the back by the window and door and it was freezing. Cold air was coming in the whole time. After the server took our order for drinks and food and brought the drinks to our table we had 1 interaction with her the whole time. she was cleaning a table and kept coming back and forth but never asked if we were doing okay or wanted refills on drinks. I noticed my silverware was dirty and had to ask for a new set and those were dirty as well. food took a long time and was never brought out. we were waiting for about 20 minutes for food and refills. There were people who were sat down after us by a different server and our server was asking if they were needing refills but never came to our table. we ended up just leaving because food was never brought out. I get being busy but there was no customer service. Even just a simple check in.

I’m usually pretty indifferent about the level of service my waitress or waiter has to offer, simply because expectations are a thief of joy. All that to say, I was truly impressed with the service I had! Lani went above and beyond- always ensured my glass was filled & pulled finished dishes out of the way. I’m a thirsty person and an artist. It was nice to always have my water and space to do my lil watercolor paintings. She has the sweetest soul, thank you for a wonderful experience Lani!
