This restaurant was a great choice for a cold Miami afternoon. We had sancocho de costilla and a bandeja paisa. The empanadas we had for appetizers were good, but I would have preferred them a little warmer.

I’m gonna give this restaurant a 4 star. It would be higher but in my opinion, the hostess who sat me down and was sort of my waitress in the beginning has some room for improvement. It was my first time in this restaurant. I didn’t get that warm and welcoming feeling with her.
For me first impressions are extremely important.
Now the other waiter who finished attending me, he was friendlier and welcoming. I just have high standards and expectations when it comes to customer service.
The food was good! I ordered the Bandejita Paisa. Temperature of the food was what it should be. Nice and hot but too much. Just right. The flavor was solid. It was Delicious.
Price was $22 plus tax and tip. Everything came out to be around $34.
I was a little disappointed that for the full bandeja which includes sausage, avocado and blood sausage cost more. In my opinion, it’s a bit pricey. But hey this is Miami.
Speed of service is impressive!! From the time I walked in, sat down, and ordered I got my food and everything in less than 20 minutes. I don’t it even less than that. No wait time!
Atmosphere is great! Plenty of space. Not overcrowded. You can actually dine and hold a conversation with someone.
Very decorative inside. You can go alone or with a group.
Plenty of parking spots as it’s in a small plaza.
I will revisit soon!

The tidy cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathrooms should Coral Gables and some in Brickell come here and learn a bit… with of the real customer service cleanliness plus kindness, and the continues preserving of all these during our enjoy full time as a time of relaxing, having fun and eating food which was more than fresh, well prepared, good size and incredible prices allow to families and all to have fantastic experience of flavor, good dishes and all in a perfect balance the volume of the music the attention of the servers all in great harmony, for sure we will get back

Mi Pueblo serves authentic Colombian food that truly feels like home. I was beyond pleased with the sancocho de costilla — honestly, the best I’ve had in all of Miami. The flavor, the tenderness of the meat, and the perfectly balanced broth were outstanding.
The tinto (Colombian coffee) was just perfect — strong, smooth, and full of flavor. The empanadas were also spectacular — crispy on the outside and deliciously filled inside.
Service was warm, friendly, and attentive. I left completely satisfied.

Amazing place, this restaurant made me feel like a was back in Colombia. The environment is so fresh and clean it feel just like a little town of my country very cozy, I was that impressed about the decoration and the place in general that I almost forget to comment about the food. The food was very good as good as the prices is not expensive at all (the food was that good that I forgot to take a picture). Nice restaurant to share some time with the family and friends.
In the picture you can see a soup of carrots and Lulo juice my favorite natural juice.
