Most of the time I come here the service is decent however I don’t understand why I walk up to the counter sometimes and people just don’t acknowledge you even if they are working at the drive-thru we’re fixing orders to go most of the ladies are very nice and a couple even on my order before I even ask

The food it’s good we have gone like 4 times and all those time they always take long with our food make us wait for like 40 minutes to get our order and we went again today and they give us our food 30 minutes later and we told the lady’s she forgot our drink went back inside and never come back!we have to go to the window to get our drink. Lacks efficiency and failed with order accuracy. We decided to grab delivery since we had a super short stay as part of a very long road trip. Food was great however they missed a part of our order and didn’t even add the sauce with our egg rolls. Especially with the BOLD PRINT on the receipt it’s super frustrating.

I frequent several Pandas and this on always has fresh tasting food. The staff is usually nice and the location has always been clean. They have an outdoor seating patio and a drive through.

Went through drive thru, they were super nice and informed us of a possible wait time. We pulled up to the window quickly and were immediately handed our food, which was hot and great! They seemed busier than usual when I go, but actually the service was better than the last time I was there. Overall though I’m always happy with this location.

I paid for chow mein noodles. But what I got was a pound of onion with little bits of chow mein noodles. Also a type one diabetic who boluses for meals beforehand. Word to any other diabetics out there planning on coming here, don’t take your insulin until AFTER you get your meal or else you’ll get a low blood sugar after eating your meal like me. This has happened before as well. They want to give you all the veggies in the world but not what you actually pay for. I’ll think very hard next time if I want to ever come back to this veggie shop again.

I came thru the drive thru a little after 7pm, 4-5 cars in front of me in line but they work so quickly that I didn’t have to wait in line long at all. I got a kid’s meal since I wasn’t that hungry, I got mushroom chicken, chow mein, and fried rice. It comes with a kid’s drink so I got strawberry fanta with no ice. After tax, I paid $6.80. The cashier held her arm with her other hand when accepting my money, which is a cultural sign of respect that I thought only existed in my family’s home country, it was really cool to see here. The workers are very polite and always get my order right, they even put sauces in my bag I didn’t have to ask for. The chicken was really hot and fresh, had a lot of yummy mushrooms, zucchini, and a lil pineapple, too. The rice and noodles were a little cool and kinda flavorless at first but that’s what all the sauce is for lol (soy sauce and sweet n sour >>>). I’ll forever miss the chocolate chip cookies that used to come with the kid’s meals but the apple crisps they now come with are pretty good.

This panda express location is probably one of the best in Middle TN. They give good portions most of the time. The staff is friendly as well. It’s conveniently close to the movie theater, so there is always parking. I highly recommend the super greens and black pepper angus steak.
